Strong Side Conditioning
I went to strongside today for the first time for my knee injury. I was recommended to see Simone for physiotherapy. Simone was very professional an extremely knowledgeable about my injury . She was very informative and was able to explain what can be done to help me strengthen and condition my knee to wear it needs to be. Simone made me feel comfortable during my treatment and when I was finished she had relieved 60% of my pain that I'd gone in there with and my mobility was so much better. She had given me some mobility exercises to start with. At the end of my appointment I felt more knowledgeable about my injury and motivated . I'm looking forward to continuing my treatment and getting better with Simone's help. I will be recommending Simone to my friends and family .10/10

I love Strong Side Gym in New West. I’ve been working with TJ for about a week now on my recovery journey and have noticed pain relief and improvement right away.I appreciate the detail of care & explanation of my personal injuries. Highly recommend working with their staff.

Strong Side Conditioning
Strong Side is the first gym I keep going regularly (three times a week!) for the past 6 months! Scheduled new exercises every 4-5 weeks is fun. All trainers are great! I am a slow learner but they always help me when I need. I gave up going to regular gyms many times before because 1) I don't know what to do there, 2) I get bored, and 3) I am lazy. If that reminds you, I highly recommend to try this gym.

Strong Side Conditioning
I had a bad shoulder injury that was preventing me from CrossFit and just sport in general. Strong Side really helped me out on this issue and once I gain mobility on my shoulder, they were able to customize my workout into an Olympic Lifting one and I significantly improved on a few of my lifts.All the coaches there are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If you're a looking for injury prevention, strengthening and gain a bit more education in how your body moves, I would definitely recommend Strong Side.

Strong Side Conditioning
This is by far the best place in New West, Burnaby, Vancouver, Langley, Surrey, North Vancouver etc. for strength and conditioning. TJ Sider is a Genius! This guy not only made my entire roster of amateur and professional fighters into Monsters, he also worked on my wife’s back and was able to free her from daily pain. Really can’t say enough about this guy and his gym. Thank you for all that you do TJ.

You have to go to Strongside! It’s the ideal gym, you essentially have a personal trainer every time you go and the program is customized for YOU. If you’re looking for a gym, this is the place to be.I joined SSC for my back rehab and was quite nervous about the whole process. Cindy Lou was incredible at listening to my healing journey and made the program suited for me. All of the coaches are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. I don’t regret joining and remembering how strong I am.I can’t say enough positive about the impact they have had on my well-being.

Strong Side Conditioning
I came to Strong Side as a complete newbie. I had never worked out in a gym before, and I was pretty intimidated to start. During my first appointment, my trainer, Jess, was approachable, gentle, and encouraging. I really liked the feel of the place so I committed to coming back. I've never regretted it! All the trainers are professional, knowledgeable and kind, striking the right balance between respecting your limits and pushing you to conquer them. This place rocks!

This is gym is the best mix of personal and independent training. Your programs are written carefully with your goals in mind and you are walked through every new program with a very thorough tutorial week. Once your tutorial is done, you aren't completely left on your own as the coaches are available for questions/demonstrations and will be quick to correct any (potentially) back breaking habits they see. All the of staff here are very encouraging and easy to talk to, which makes all the difference when trying to achieve your workout goals.The workout floor is nicely laid out and open, and the shower/change rooms are well kept and clean.In addition, they also have a Certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach on staff so moms-to-be can feel confident that their workout will make them feel great and be safe for their wee one.

I have been attending Strong Side Conditioning for about 10 months now, and happy to say it's a great gym. The coaches are supportive, caring, and knowledgeable! They write programs custom to your fitness goals whether you are just beginning, need a challenge, or something in-between. It is a welcoming environment for everyone, I can't recommend Strong Side enough!As a retired athlete, my trainer, Cindy Lou, has been the best coach for me as I 're-entered' the Strength & Conditioning environment. She brings her passion for fitness, health, and life advice into all of my programs!
