Competitive prices but awful customer service; rude, indifferent and condescending responses to questions. When I suggested I might look elsewhere (I spend over $3500 per year on 2 prescriptions) response was a dismissive “yeah, OK, goodbye”. I made a few calls and found I could get the same prescriptions from a major drugstore chain for less than $5 a month more, with friendly, pleasant and efficient service. Nice to be treated as a customer rather than an annoyance!

Have many prescriptionsEvery time I go in they say I need to renew my scripts so I have my doctor do all for a new scriptThen I go back and try to order on line and they say you need to renewNow I try to renew and talk on phone so you call hit 1 to renew and 0 to talk to operatorHave tried Thursday Friday Saturday and SundayWaited 5 minutes each time ( twice Saturday) and no one answers the phone !!! Didn’t even get told to wait just no one answeringI have been thinking of moving to Save On pharmacy by work but have been st this pharmacy for over 7 yearsAt one point I was saving my company money on dispersal fees. But it is getting to where convenience of talking to someone and ordering when needed is worth a little more ( which I think their fees are the same now )I need insulin and have been sent to doctor twice . My doctor is amazed because they can give me insulin as necessity if life drug till I can see my doctor. But they just send me away .I have been getting more and more feelings they just don’t care .When I need needles for my pen I have to talk to them on the phone so they can go through benefits, but if they won’t answer I won’t get them at the benefits price u less I hang around for an hour for them to take a box off the shelf .I am on my last straw here and may move somewhere that my health is as important to them as it is to me .When looking for professionals I usually look for professional attitude

Worst service I've ever received. I called them and asked if I could pick up my prescription. I told them I know it's abit early, but I have a ride for the day after. If I could pick it up, because I'm 7 months pregnant, and wanted to avoid bussing in a heat wave. She told me that I could pick it up the next morning. I went to go pick it up, they tell me no its to early. That's I had to come back in 2 days. I phone them 3 days later asking if I can pick up my prescription? Is it ready, they tell me it's ready. I get there then he tells me there something wrong with my coverage. That it be about 10 to 15 minutes until he can figure it out. He said he would come get me when it's ready. I wait 40 minutes, I seen he was working on something else, I asked him what's going on. He said you can't pick your prescription up it's to early can I come back in 2 to 3 day to try again. I then asked him, so you made me wait for 40 minutes for nothing, and all he said was yes.

Switched pharmacies, have only been here and a customer with them for 3 months, but I can never get ahold of them by phone. Also, when ordering medications to come in, they never called to let me know I could pick it up. Poor communication all around.

The Walmart pharmacy in Uptown never answers their phone. I will be switching providers as a result. If you can’t be contacted you’re of no use

The pharmacist, Mrs. Namura, was really top-notch. She is a wonderfully understanding and compassionate pharmacist. She was thoughtful about her wording when describing my medication. I highly recommend her services. I used to go to shoppers, but here I feel really cared for and understood. I won't be going anywhere else.

Both my wife and I have had several negative interactions at this pharmacy. This pharmacy is always super rude, exceptionally arrogant and unwilling to offer assistance in any capacity. It takes a lot for me to get to the point of writing a negative review but here we are. After speaking with my wife on our interactions it sounds like we have had similar experiences with the same guy.
