One star too many.

Buying a home is tricky, but when you have a poor water test (arsenic), I would only recommend Gary. In a single breath he will explain what you need, why it happens, how it can be fixed, why you’ll achieve success correcting your water problems and everything in between. Walls full of trophies and achievements. Really cool guy.

I highly recommend Ecowater for anything to do with water treatment. They are true professionals with the best equipment and the best service and they are nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Gary installed our original whole-house water treatment system 14 years ago and it worked exactly as designed, as confirmed by regular hospital water tests. Recently, we experienced a change in our source water that dramatically increased its iron levels to beyond the capacity of our original installation. Gary, Rick, Kyle, and Cody went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and then designed changes to the treatment plan that reused our existing equipment, thus saving us money, while adding a new high-capacity, no-salt, low-maintenance iron removal system. Ecowater demonstrated their expertise and experience as they took the time to fully understand our issue and offered superior support and helpful advice in person and via phone and email. When they left, the whole problem was solved, including replacement of the old iron-clogged lines, leaving us with softer, clean, clear water at high pressure, just like the day we moved in. Gary was prompt when responding via email and helped me figure out a solution within my budget. He also worked with me to figure out a payment plan.Cody and the other gentleman who installed a water softener and reverse osmosis for me were polite, professional, and took the time to explain my new equipment. Gary provided great and prompt service to help install a system to remove high amounts of iron from our home water. His staff happened to identify and resolve a major issue with our well and plumbing that had been setup by another company. I would trust Gary and his staff in the future to make suggestions around water treatment.

Gary and his crew are AWESOME to deal with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a complete water treatment system installed, including a jet pump, pressure tank and water heater. Had a little problem with a check valve, but Gary was quick to send Kyle back out to fix it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ECO Water for any of your treatment needs.
