Our new air conditioner was really noisy compared to our neighbour's, who has the exact same model. We called Town and Country and Jordon came over last fall to check on it. He found out that the pressure was wrong while looking into the source of the noise. He fixed that and set up another appointment for this spring. He returned today and replaced the compressor. It took a while but it was expected. He did a great job and explained to me everything he did. I really appreciate that! Our A/C is now whisper quiet! We can now enjoy spending time on our deck while the A/C is running.

We choose Town and Country as our plumber for a basement redevelopment of our 1967 bungalow in Regina. After conversations with Mark, we were quickly on our way to make informed decisions using competitive quotes. Journeyman Jason and apprentice Ethan replaced the cast iron waste pipe under the floor, installed a new 3 piece bathroom, upgrading the stack, lifted the upstairs waste pipes into the floor joists, installed 3 new air registers, and upgraded a/c and HE furnace exhaust pipes. And we also purchased plumbing fixtures. Excellent knowledge, skill, quality, good price, and great service. Once my basement bathroom is finished, I will be updating my upstairs main bathroom! We decided to replace the furnace and AC with a Daikin HE gas furnace and FIT heat pump. Dillon, Brandon, Taylor and Rob were perfect for removing old and installing new HVAC equipment. As an added service, T&C cleaned our ducts of dust and dirt! Very satisfied customer, thank you Dan and Mark, you have an awesome knowledgeable and skilled team.

Woke up Christmas morning to a dead furnace. The 24 hour emergency service answered quickly, got a return call from a tech within 30 minutes and a service call inside of 2 hours. Great service for Christmas Day. Cam the tech was knowledgeable, quick, efficient and courteous. A nice touch was he parked on the road and did not pack down the snow covered driveway and gave some tips how to avoid a similar furnace breakdown in the future.

I would highly recommend Town & Country. We receive regular furnace, a/c and water heater maintenance through them and always have great service, but Kirk Schnell really took it to the next level this time. He was friendly, informative, kept me up to date throughout the maintenance and identified an issue with the gas valve that was promptly resolved and will save us from having a big headache with it down the road. Thanks Kirk! I really appreciated your attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

HRV installation.First call back. They installed the fresh air intake inches away from the water heater exhaust.Second call back. Switched the vents but forgot to switch the vent covers. So the intake could not draw in any fresh air because the exhaust flap would shut.Third call back. It starts getting cold out and condensation builds. I notice water all over the basement floor. The drain hose from the HRV is leaking because the hose was installed wrong, it was turned up and kinked.I had to miss a few hours of work for every mistake. It cost me my time, money and gas. Town and Country did not offer any sort of compensation and I was told these things happen. Installing a fresh air intake by an exhaust vent is a huge mistake and should never happen! No wonder my son was getting headaches that week.

Yesterday, we had Kirk S. Come out to service our hot water on deman and furnace. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He taught me lots on how to maintain my home to prevent emergency visits. I will definitely be asking for him again for our next service.

We called about an insurance claim due to leaking from our 2nd floor to our main floor ceiling. Mark came out initially to assess. He advised us if we opened up the ceiling ourselves we could save money on our repairs. Once we go this done, Brandon came out and was able to easily confirm the issue was due to the plumbing connection in our Master bathroom shower. It was a quick and easy fix! Both Mark and Brandon were great to deal with!
