Marie is always very attentive to her tenants, the buildings are kept clean and the staff are very friendly! She is very accommodating to us here. The rent is appropriate to the units, and a lot of them are recently renovated!

The management of this building makes this a great facility, and Marie especially goes above and beyond. The buildings are clean and well maintained. But keep in mind that it’s low-cost housing. I still can’t get the cigarette smell out of my apartment from the previous tenants.

I wanted to rent a place in this apartment. I was not in Red Deer, so they scheduled me a virtual tour yesterday for 2 pm. I was ready at 2 pm to see the unit, and I waited for an hour, but no one called me!! Then, I called the company but no one answered. I emailed them, and still no one has replied me that why they did not show up in the appointment. So disappointed!

The manager is very nice and will to help with issues,the crew is diligent with ground keeping, the suites are a good size, haven't had a real issue after moving here.

Marie has been an amazing person to deal with on the premises and was the first to help if we came upon any issue. I would definitely recommend giving Parke Avenue apartments (Boardwalk) if someone is moving to red deer or looking for downsizing.

Beautiful renovated large apartments. We live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Allows pets so we didn’t have to give up our fur baby. Very warm and friendly staff. Security of tenants is a priority. Great experience lived there for 2 years.

Renting an apartment with Bardwalk was the best choice what I could make. Building was all the time well maintained. Manager Mari at Parke Squair Avenue was the best manager that I had for my time living in Canada. She is responsible, nice, supportive and wonderful person.Thank you Mari for your hard work, what made my living at this place such a good experience.

Parke Avenue Square
This was not the first tome we rent with Parke Avenue Square, but the third to be precise. Each time we return we find a safe, and comforting environment the management team which is leading by Maria Lopez is the best in the all world. Maria treat all tenants with dignity and respect. Maria work with absolute professionalism and due care. I wish all renting companies are like Boardwalk.
