Nice large store. Good selection in all departments. Still has that new store feel and look. Ample parking in the underground lot, I don't think people understand that there's underground parking like at Walmart across the street.

I came here today for groceries shopping with no other help. When I do check out, there’s no other customer ahead of me, so when I’m unloading all my stuff, the cashier name Simran almost done too scanning all the products, then she ask me to pay. I said, could I empty the 1 conveyor first since both conveyor has all my stuffs. I packed 1 bag and she ask me again! What makes me upset today is that, she is in a rush in making me pay and ask me many times to pay which she only have 2 customers in line with few items with them. Attached photo of my receipt that I have a lot of stuff to pack which she could be a little bit merciful to give me 1 to 2 minutes to pack all the products that I have bought.

This location usually has a steady amount of shoppers but relatively low compared to those in Vancouver, Burnaby, etc. It does have the occasional influx with long lines but generally a good experience shopping for groceries overall.A decent selection of supermarket items but falls short due to the constant price errors (for items on sale) that I’d discover upon checkout. Make sure to double check your scanned items or receipt at the end.I’ve also tried their PC express pickups several times and have had a good experience in terms of timeliness and service.

Worst experience here today with an online grocery shop. My order was supposed to be done between 12-12:30 and I waited on hold for over 20 minutes. I had another apt at 1:15 so had to leave without my groceries because they said they are short staffed and can’t bring it out on time. Back again now at 5:30 after calling from home to see if someone would be able to bring it out and they said yes. I’ve now been waiting over 35 minutes and they said there are still 3 people ahead. If they don’t have the staff they shouldn’t be taking all of these online orders. Such a waste of my time. I’ve haven’t had an experience like this since Covid.

One of my favorite grocery store in south surrey. Clean, spacious, very fresh fruit and veggies, fashion and good price for kids clothes, also love breads the sell. We go it weekly to purchase our family daily foods . Worthy to go.

I have never had worse service in my life. I would never shop here if you can avoid it. I have tried the online ordering service multiple times and there are always issues.Today:1. I arrived for my pick up slot to be told my order is not ready. I did not receive any email or call to tell me they are behind. No apology I was told to come back later.2. I finally get home with my order and there are multiple items missing. I drove to the store for the second time.3. After unpacking all of the groceries I then discovery an item that was incorrect from what was ordered an paid for. This required a third trip to the store after speaking with them on the phone. My husband made the third trip to be told the item was out of stock..Zero accountability or resolution was offered from the store. 90+ minutes and 3 trips to the store to complete an online order that is supposed to be convenientI have also attached a photo of how the bag was packed by staff..

We usually get our pick-up or deliveries from this store. It was a painful process the first month or so, but they seem to be a bit better organized and accuracy has improved. We still have the occasional issue with delivery orders arriving late and missing items, but it’s getting better. If you’re doing express pick-up, be prepared to wait. They don’t have enough staff to keep this running smoothly and efficiently.

Loads of spicy cheese crackers are the best crackers in the world. But basically 1/3 boxes I buy have ZERO flavour powder on them!! Complete rip off please work on consistency so I don’t have to be disappointed when I am craving the best crackers in the world.

the place is clean and tidy and shopping was a breeze and did not have any trouble finding stuffs i was looking for. The price is awesome and getting most of my groceries on a sale price. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also a plus.
