Our experience with dealing with Joanie buying our furniture was exceptional. She listened well and showed us furniture that fit our needs remarkably well. She took the time with us, never any pressure. Our experience with Kendra was just as remarkable. We are so happy with the way she showed fabric and what we eventually chose were certainly her and Joanies expertise in fabric. They helped us choose well. The experience we had with buying our furniture was amazing, and look forward to placing in our home.

My wife and I recently furnished our living room and bedroom through La-Z-Boy near the Cross Iron Mall. Brenda and Maria were so helpful, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They offered a free design service that made the process easy and stress free. Highly recommended!

We were looking for some rocker recliners and Allison was very helpful. She spent the time showing us different fabric styles and what they looked like on different chairs. She even suggested that we take the samples home to make sure that is matched our décor. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the the wait time is long for delivery which I understand is the way of the world right now.

It was quite a good experience. Got the couch we wanted and it was in stock. Lots of advice and looked at several options.One complaint. The couch was advertised on line at one price and the price was $100. more at the store with extra pillows that we weren't interested in. Salesman told us we had to pay that or wait for 5-6 weeks for delivery with other pillows that we still didn't want.We went ahead with pillows there but I am unhappy with this. Unnecessary and wasteful. And an increased cost.

I love this store! After a major downsize, I needed help picking out some smaller accent tables and area rug for my home. One of their designers came to my home, measured the spot, and helped me find the perfect area rug. The service was free, and included a discount on the furniture and rug. I can’t recommend this store, or this service, highly enough. I love La-Z-Boy furniture, and have been buying it exclusively, for the last 30 years or so. They offer quality furniture - not just recliners.

Ruth was very helpful to find furniture items and colours that would compliment our home. She was very knowledgeable and has a very good designer eye. I had an awesome experience at the Balzac Lazy Boy. I went in looking for a recliner and a sales rep named Brenda helped me. She was extremely knowledgeable as I needed a thinner model to fit my living room space. She showed me several and talked about them and I reclined on them all. I chose the Finley model, which was super comfortable and then we looked at swatches to find the color I wanted. I am now waiting for delivery of my chair. Super excited, thank you Brenda you are a gem and you made my shopping experience a treat. Janis ❤️

We purchased a recliner from a very competant sales lady, Ruth, and we travelled to pick it up at their warehouse in SE Calgary the following day, the item was not as we had expected and they offered us 3 options, one of which was to return to the store and speak with the manager. We returned to the Cross Iron store and spoke with the manager, Brian, who listened to our needs and cancelled the previous chair and my husband selected a superior chair, which had to be ordered and Brian arranged the trade-up and provided free delivery so we didn't have to go to the SE warehouse again. Thank you Ruth and Brian for great customer service...we'll be back!

Pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for. Most comfortable loveseat I could imagine, Ruth was a lovely contact through everything and even the delivery guys were super friendly and fast. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

We love La-Z-Boy furniture! We bought a leather sofa on a day that had a great sale. The quality and look of the sofa is amazing and they had it in stock! Our Sales Representative, April, was the best. She was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to help us throughout without rushing us. We will definitely go back.
