Sherwood Park Toyota Service Department

Had a very good experience with Daniel from service. He explained everything thoroughly and kept me posted on the status of my Sequoia at all times. The shuttle drivers were super friendly too!

Sherwood Park Toyota always gives great service. I have never had a bad experience here. Rebecca, my service advisor is very knowledgeable and friendly. She clearly knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her.

Service is pretty slow always has been hasn't changed much oil change takes half a day.

Worst customer service ever from service advisors: Trevor Todd and Daniel. Bought 2020 RAV4 Hybrid last August and since day 1, I am getting PKSB Malfunction" error. Went there 3 times for diagnostic

We had our car serviced at Sherwood Park Toyota 2 days ago and we were very pleased with our experience. Booking the appointment was easy and quick. There was a 50% discount offer on parts and installation and the final service cost was even less than 50% of the quotes we got from other dealers. It took longer than what was planned but the results were very satisfactory. I would like to thank Carolyn who assisted us with the service. Strongly recommend them.

I’ve tried very hard to support my local Toyota dealership but after multiple bad experiences with the Sherwood Park service department I won’t go back. Today was the last straw. My last oil change 5 months ago was $76. Today the cost was going to be $119. I asked why the increase and they said that the dealership has standardized their oil change prices. So no change in service but a $43 increase. I called Gateway Toyota and they charge $82 for an oil change for my vehicle. Sherwood Toyota also quoted me $90-130 for new windshield washer blades. The price quoted from Gateway was less than half. Too many problems over my many visits to this department and I won’t go back.

I was intrested in a new vehicle. There was a 6 month waiting for them.Raj sales was very stubborn in selling me older vehicle for the price if the new one. He got very upset when I told him that I'll have to think about and get back to him. I did make an offer on the older vehicle, but instead of talking g to the manager he came back with the weekly amount without dropping the price at all. I was not interested in the weekly amount but the overall price, he kept showing me the weekly/bi weekly/ monthly price.He took my drivers license to write down my my information and my phone number.The most upsetting part was for 10 days He had my driver's license and he did not call back to return it nor did a follow-up for the vehicle and we put an offer on.

It was great. Took the shuttle to and from work. It was on time. Had a delicious hot chocolate. Car was ready and I was able to pay quickly and head home.
