Had a pretty positive experience. Managed to schedule an appointment for the day, didn't wait too long and was well-treated by the staff. A pleasant surprise.

Not impressed. I booked for an NT scan and made that VERY clear over the phone, I was told I COULD come a bit early. Once I arrived (20+ minutes prior to my appointment) I checked in and I was told the wait was about 45 MINUTES. After waiting a few minutes I was called up to reception desk and told they DON'T DO NT scans!... specified the type of ultrasound required, came early AS REQUESTED and got nothing done. WASTE OF MY TIME and energy.

Very pleasantly surprised! Called and same day was able to come in for an image scan. Wait was less than 15 minutes. They quickly did the scan and I was out of there in 30 minutes. Friendly staff, clean office, fast appointments, what more do you want? 5 Stars
