Motel Ideal

The receptionist needs to get another job. She obviously hates it! She had an attitude and was really rude. The room was okay but the bed is definitely not a Queen bed. The people next to us had blasting music until 2 AM. Yeah not really ideal if I’m honest. Would not recommend and will never return.

If i could give it a 0 star I would to be honest saying that the bed was a queen and it was not It was so small that 2 people would be squeezed in to sleep. Honestly I was looking forward to this stay and I had to book at another hotel and lost 192$ when I was not even offered at least half a refund. The director of that hotel needs to learn how to be professional saying she held the room for me all day and the minute I left she booked it to someone else well Hello you just did double the money great way to steal money off of people never again i will stay there or suggest anymore to book there yes its clean but customer service goes a long way and this place needs to get professional.

There were two downsides , soundproffing (as you can hear everything across hallway) and there is no warm enough blanket and limited pillows.

For the price; can't complain, the contemporary, newly renovated rooms are marvelous. Definitely feels more like a hotel. Until you step into the main building; breakfast area is very small and the 'continental breakfast' is OKAY at best. Coffee machine was broken during the second day. Staff are friendly and helpful (they tried to make the machine work, but we had no success). Overall; I will stay here again if I didn't care for breakfast or accommodations such as pool/gym.

Room seemed amazing at first. Until we realized the shower drain was clogged and therefore flooded the bathroom. Mentioned it to hotel desk clerk on our way out of the building, who said he would send someone. Come back 3 hours later to the same flood. Mentioned it again to the same hotel desk clerk, who then went on to argue saying we need to pull the plug (to a shower which doesn't have a plug in the drain). He continued to argue with us until eventually, the cleaning lady came in and explained to him the issue. Finally offered us a new room (no eta for the new room as we sit here waiting for the new room). Love the room/hotel just really hope whoever this gentleman working either works on his customer service or finds a new job.

It's a cheap motel. You get what you pay for. The suites are a bit nicer, barely.

Our stay here was good. The room was clean and well equipped. The only problem was that the bathroom didn't have a door and the water was splashing all over the washroom area.
