Brian was quick to come for a mold remediation inspection and provided a quote quickly. He was quick to do the work quickly as well.However I should've known that his work probably wasn't the best when he was the cheapest out of 3 companies by a longshot. Brian and his crew removed most of the moldy drywall in the basement but missed a few spots. Brian came out to look at the spots he missed and didn't offer to finish the job; he blamed the previous owners and the landscaping (even though there hasn't been any new water in the basement for months). I found more and more mold in the basement and he wouldn't come finish his job under his original quote, won't even come provide a new quote. And it's not like this is hidden mold either. It is visible on the outside of the drywall, even above the areas he already cut out. Hire Brian if you want most of the job done but don't hire him if you want it all done.The included photos are the affected areas AFTER Brian finished his work.""

Restoration Medics did an excellent job cleaning our basement and staircase carpets. Rotovac is the only way to go. Carpets look new! Service was professional and courteous.
