Costco Wholesale

I'm visiting from the US. What a difference in selection. Wish we had this. Much healthier selections.

Feels like this Costco has more products than the one in Nanaimo. However staff is more up tight in here, feels like they think people want to trick them or something.. Staff is waay more relaxed and open in Nanaimo Costco.. and the difference is very noticeable. Probably different management styles.

This is one of the cleanest and Costcos in Canada, the best staff and efficient helpful service every visit… that is in the past. I wonder if there has been a change in management?Over the past year I’ve noticed a difference in the atmosphere especially with staff. They are always so tired and stressed and are very understaffed. You can tell easily by the length of the lines which are quickly getting worse every day. You see departments empty of staff because they were all pulled to help another department lacking. This was not even happening 8 months ago so don’t tell me it’s covid.So you would think you would see “We’re hiring!!” posted all over? Not one. And when i asked a staff member about my nephew maybe applying they were hesitant to give me hope as they said they haven’t seen or heard of new hires in months! She said they used to hire groups but that hasn’t happened in forever.Strange, that’s all. I miss the old Costco.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Costco Wholesale store in Comox, BC, and overall, I had a great experience. As soon as I walked into the store, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the space. The aisles were wide and easy to navigate, and the shelves were well-stocked with a wide variety of products.One of the things that really stood out to me was the quality of the products available at the store. Whether I was looking for fresh produce, meats, or pantry staples, I found that everything was of a high quality and reasonably priced. Additionally, there was a great selection of items, from name-brand products to Costco's own Kirkland brand.The customer service at this Costco location was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. They also did a great job of keeping the store clean and organized, which made for a more pleasant shopping experience.One thing that I really appreciated about this Costco location was the layout of the store. Everything was easy to find, and the different sections were clearly marked, which made for a more efficient shopping experience. I was able to quickly find everything on my shopping list and get through the checkout process in a timely manner.Overall, I would highly recommend the Costco Wholesale in Comox, BC. If you're looking for high-quality products, excellent customer service, and a well-organized shopping experience, this is the place to go.

Best costcobive ever been to.Super quiet and no lines.The vegetables in the cooler room aren't the freshest though.Best to buy your produce local.

I love Costco for it’s cheap prices in bulk food and toiletries, their clothing, household goods and garden Center….I just don’t like how packed it is…..all the time! I guess it’s cuz it’s popular! LolThe Courtney store is super organized, clean & customer service is great!

The pharmacy at this Costco is horrible. They are unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. My mother has arthritis and not only did they not fill her prescription properly the first time, putting her medication in a regular pill bottle when she needs an easy open bottle; they also blamed her for the pharmacist not putting the note about the easy open bottle on her file. They have been nothing but difficult and disdainful. Needless to say, my mother will be changing pharmacies.

Love this Costco! Has everything we need. More variety than the stores in the lower mainland. Well stocked. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. It gets a little busy at times but it seems well staffed and the lines go down quickly. This Costco has a gas station but no diesel. They also fill propane tanks.

Worst experience ever refused my diabetic child access to food court while I was getting gas. Even gave my child my card. A diabetic needs to eat properly on-time to keep them healthy .very rude to my child. And myself. Negative 10 would be my rating for this store and staff wouldn't let me post without atleast one star which their staff and service don't deserve a star
