I thought that my phone needed an expensive repair to the charging port. The manager(?) of this store quickly determined that the problem was just accumulated dust. He fixed it within 2 minutes at no charge!

What A great service center for Mobile needs. With so many outlets in the mall it could be difficult to pick. These guys went above and beyond for us recently. I wanted to upgrade from a 6 year old Samsung phone and the cheapest option with an E sim slot was an iPhone 11. WOW i can get an iPhone. Big mistake what a piece of junk. The Samsung OS is so much better. I went in after three frustrating weeks with the iPhone and they quickly swapped it out with credit for the full purchase price and got me back into a Samsung S21. Thanks Guys I will be back

The 3 gentlemen were ready, willing to help. We had one young fellow work on my daughter's friend's phone which was so important to her. Her cell stopped showing the screen but had no signs of damage, she was terribly upset because it was the last thing her nan had given her before she passed on. He assured her that they would do everything they could to fix it for her and an hour later she had her phone back, and it looked and worked terrific. Thank you so much.

The loud speaker stopped working on my phone so I took it to Mobile Klinik to get it fixed. They replaced it, and told me to come back if I had any issues. 2 months later the speaker crapped out again. They took another look at the phone and determined it was one of the circuit boards, not the speaker. Since they couldn't fix the problem they refunded the $90 I had previously paid to have the speaker replaced and helped me find a new phone. I was very happy with the service.
