I could tell if this branch's review was bad with just one order.I ordered black iced coffee and pastries and all I got was coffee in colors that I had never seen before and pastries that looked very cold and completely dry and oldI ordered a normal black iced coffee again, but he gave me It's not an iced coffee or an ice cap. It's a weird color coffee mixed with ice soI was able to get a black iced coffee after one more requestThey didn't even know the basics of having to put a seal on the skip order, and they could easily see frequent arguments with customers over various issues.This would be one of the worst brenches without even basic training.

$8 for their bowls. Seriously? Bruh if you guys are charging us $8, at least give us a proper quantity of the bowl. More than half of the bowl is just green leaves. Very less rice. Tim Hortons in India is way way better than here.

Not a good Tim Hortons, short staffed, not organized and not good quality if you order anything but coffee.Nothing against those who work there, but this all the owner or corporate fault.Expect a long wait if you are dining in, because drive thru takes the priority.It was also cold to sit inside, i guess they keep the thermostat low and not wanting customers to sit long.My 2 star rating is generous.

They only have coffee in this location. They run out of 90% of other advertised items here, so quickly. Not sure if it is due to the customer's rush or they just prepare limited number of each item daily. If you want to pick something up after 7p-8p., better not bother this location.

The service we got from the drive thru was impatient and rude. The lady on duty today at 5pm can definitely do better plus the wraps were nowhere as good as the last time. She got our orders wrong even though we asked her over and over! Highly disappointed!

I always come to their drive thru almost every weekdays. But today this is the 3rd time that they messed up my order. I ordered Extra Large french vanilla with 1/2 coffee then when I arrived at work , I checked my cup because it feels light.Then yeah, I paid for extra large but the amount that I got is for medium.I’m so disappointed.

I thought I’d try their jalapeño sausage pizza I’ve been seen it advertised around. It looks somewhat decent. Looking at the menu and also I’ll try today so I tried it and I gotta say for Tim Hortons pizza It was not bad at all, it’s actually better than I thought it would be. I thought it would be terrible, but I wanna say it’s wasn’t that bad may be kind of compares to Little Caesars pizza. It was OK it’s not very tasty or not much taste to it but it kinda hits the spot. But I see it wasn’t too bad but I’m gonna say the services was good I dealt with this new guy called Mark today and Mark did a fantastic job making my London fog so im pretty happy with that and the pizza I wanna say it is OK if you’re hungry and there’s no other options yeah it’s probably a good option but if you have other options next time pick another place to get Pizza.

Short staffed; waiting in drive thru is 25 min even you are only getting tea ; be prepared to wait 25-30 min in drive thru and if ur order is messed up ; another 10-15 min (which will happen for sure ) ..

Had to leave a review as there is no improvement for this concern, I’m a regular customer at this location and wished that the management would also give importance to walk in customers. Even if there is a long line up, staffs would just look at you and completely ignore you and continue with what they are doing. Not even a lot of orders in the monitor for DT. Hope that they would open 2 cash register instead of just 1, unfortunately that 1 cashier will have to prepare the order too before taking the next one making the wait a lot longer. Had to stand there for 10 mins looking at a LOT of staffs walking around in the counter busy with whatever before my order was taken. Other than that, the guy who took my order was awesome and apologetic, wish somebody would help him with inside orders too.
