We had the most awesome day on one of the newest, and nicest pontoons I’ve ever been on! Our kids had a blast on the rented tube and ‘zup!!

They took amazing care of us. They even did a fair amount of us at no charge as a courtesy for a problem we were having. Excellent customer service.

We rented a pontoon for fishing for 2 days and the 2nd day we rented a tube for tubing as well! The boat was extremely clean and a brand new 2020 - we felt very spoiled! The staff was very attentive and helpful. We had a great time and will be back!

I will not bring my boat here again!! Shop rates are $140 an hour and they are very liberal with their hours logged. I brought my boat in for what turned out to be a common oil sensor issue with Mercury Optimax. They logged 1.5 hours to diagnose an oil sensor inside an oil reserve tank on the motor. I can not for the life of me understand how trained professionals would take 1.5 hours to hook the motor up to a computer, read the Smart craft alarm history and then trouble shoot 2 sensors and test the oil pump. Each of these items should not take more than 10 minutes. So that's 40 minutes.The part was on back order because of the logistical issues with Covid. I opted to call around for the parts. In the process, I talked Dan at Tim's Outboard and he nailed the issue in 10 minutes OVER THE PHONE! I was able to find a marine shop that had the part on hand, purchased it, and replaced it myself.Additionally, when Bertha first quoted me it was an hour for diagnostic time, $200 part and another hour to replace it. I opted to swap it out myself and save the shop time. After informing Bertha, I found the part, the diagnostic time increased to 1.5 hours. Slimy!

I've never written a review about anything before, however, these folks deserve it. I have had countless dealings with every marina" in the area over many years

Always have the parts you need and they keep better hours than most.

We have needed to use Bertha Boatworks not once, but twice in the last two years while on vacation from out of state. Last year, because our boat needed a tune up, this year for a mangled prop. Both times they got us back on the water in lickity split time, for such a reasonable price. They told us they are not in business for the money, but they are in the business for helping make memories!! ❤️

Very clean and plenty of dock space to tie down to. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

My wife & I stopped in for thr first time here and had the Flatbread pizza and a beer.Nice relaxing little bay, great view & the pizza was great, wish they would serve that up at tha Old Milwaukee Club too.
