Dairy Distillery

We heard about The Dairy Distillery on the CBC while driving home one day about 3 weeks ago. Omid spun the tale of the genesis of his idea. He said that the launch site in Toronto for the new product, Vodkow, was an LCBO 2 blocks from our home. We immediately drove to the store and picked up a bottle. It changed our Vodka-drinking life. So smooth, no burn, with a great mouth feel. Vodkow is now our preferred vodka. Thanks to Anthony for his extensive and informative tour. Who knew only one place in the world produces bottle caps to meet their stringent specs? All the gleaming stainless steel and brass equipment is still not enough to handle their plans. Good thing they have acres of space for expansion. Thanks also to Omid who joined us and allowed us a tasting of their TOP SECRET product (you'll find out if your patient). This distillery is on the rise in Ontario, and soon the rest of Canada.

I have been drinking Vodkow products for a couple of years now and no matter what other vodka I try, I always go back to Vodkow. It is so smooth and delicious, straight up or in a cocktail. We have also sampled and purchased or been gifted all the cream vodkows including the orange cream vodkow (my personal favourite) and love them all. The recipes provided are also fantastic.

Saw these guys at a pop up tent at the Tanger outlets. Tried some samples and this whole line of beverages is so delicious! The straight vodka was very smooth and replaced the alcoholic burn with a subtle sweetness. All of the cream liquors are very sweet and light. We ended up getting the maple but honestly all of them were so good we will definitely be ordering more! These guys were also just super fun to talk to and really nice, would definitely recommend.

The place is cool but the tour was not worth it. The young lady that guided us seemed to go through things quickly. It felt really rushed especially after the great tour experience we had at Hummingbird Chocolate. Would not recommend.

Love their innovative spirit(S)! A carbon neutral vodka that makes use of a waste resource to make a delicious spirit? YES! Vodkow is a great staple to include on the shelf. I learned about them through their membership with the Random Acts of Green community so I know their values for protecting the environment align with my own. I look forward to visiting the distillery sometime in the future!

Bought their product in LCBO. Impressed with quality. Hope to try all products from this company. Definitely worth to try and support Canadian brands.

Staff was great. Not a huge vodka drinker but this place cool. They have an innovative approach to making vodka. I would recommend checking out even if you dont love vodka

Stopped here while visiting friends who live in the area. Love my vodka and was generally curious about one made from dairy products. The gentleman working was kind enough to tell us about the process and offer up some tasty samples. Surprisingly very tasty! Bought two bottles, one regular Vodkow and a creme Vodkow.I will probably return and get another bottle for a gift before I leave to go home.
