Honest and trustworthy. When I went there with my damaged bumper, their tech just fixed it on the spot and they didn’t charge me. Any other place would have made a great deal out of it and charged me. Jason told me nothing was damaged and fixed it. Thank you for your honesty!

My son needed a a new (used) car and found a 2015 Honda Civic on their website. We immediately went in and Dakota was our salesman. We test drove it and in less than 90 minutes, the sale was done. One of the easiest car purchases. Picked it up the follow week and it was detailed so well it looked better than new inside. Excellent job! Highly recommend this dealership and Dakota- no high pressure sales and good service.

Recently visited this place, very nice crew and receptionist. They helped me quite fast with relevant information what I need and really appreciate for their service.However, I felt that used vehicle prices are quite over priced when compared to the market price just for their certification.if you purchase a used vehicle they don't even give warranty for 3 or 6 months just for 36 days and we need to purchase external warranty paying cash. Over priced for their 2015, 2016 vehicles . If yoy busy make sure paying right amount for right services.

A friend recommended I speak to Gus at Brantford Toyota and am now the proud owner of a 2023 Toyota Tundra after trading in my 2017 Nissan Titan. I had bought my car in 2021 and had an amazing experience. I live in Mississauga and chose to continue to go to Brantford to have my car serviced because of the quick and personable experiences.Last week I tried to call to make an appointment. The receptionist kept transferring me to a line that nobody was answering. I tried for 5 hours throughout the day and had no luck. On top of it all, the receptionist had zero people or customer service skills.I called the Oakville location and they took me in right away. I won't be using my gas to travel to Brantford anymore for service.Also, a place of business should say one moment please" instead of "yup" when transferring a call. This isn't a barn dance."

I have nothing but good to say about this dealership. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The work is done properly and priced fairly.The best is that they don't make you pay for a diagnostic before they even start work on the vehicle. That is why I no longer will go to Toyota in Cambridge. I found that to be outrageous!
