Ryan McKale is a gentleman and professional of the highest order. Very thorough and informative.

Ryan was a personal, professional to work with and was thorough with his findings. The inspection report was very organized and included lots of pictures with straight forward comments listed underneath. The reports were sent within a timely fashion and was delivered to us by the time he promised. He does not rush through the inspection and puts you, the customer, first. Ryan's expertise made our family feel safer when buying our first home and we would recommend him to anyone!

Our inspection was scheduled quickly and efficiently. We agreed on a price and met after the inspection to go over the results. At no time did the inspector ask for his money or go over payment options. The next morning we received an email saying that we failed to pay and according to our agreement he wasn't going to give us our report. Later, we found out he also sent an email to our REALTOR saying we failed to pay. We were prepared to pay him the night of the inspection but he didn't ask for his money and we simply forgot to give it to him. We didn't appreciate him tattling on us to our REALTOR. I would not use his services again as he doesn't conduct himself in a professional manner. The whole thing could have been avoided if he would have just handed us a bill and asked for his money.

McKale Home Inspection was recommended to me by loan officer for a home that I was looking to buy. I’m so glad that I had this home inspection done because I overlooked quite a few things that could potentially cost me money down in the bear future. The home inspection was thorough, detailed and easy to understand and Ryan contacted me afterwards and made sure that if I had any questions to feel free to ask him. I recommend this service to anyone who wants to make sure they are making the right choice.

Very responsive with email; easy to communicate with. Very thorough inspection and was happy to walk through it in person and answer any questions. Very pleased with his service and would recommend him to others.

BEWARE!!!!!Brian inspected a potential home for us to purchase. He seemed professional at first. During the walk through with us he didn’t even know the foundation was wood until my husband pointed it out. He reported no problems with the roof and included photos of the roof stating no problems. After closing we found a golf ball size hole in the roof as well as spots that were tarred and repaired. We also discovered our heat pump has no refrigerant charge in it with a major leak, so our AC does not work. These will be very costly fixes for us and should have been discovered during the inspection. Do not use him!!!

Ryan McKale is very professional and was absolutely incredible to work with. He was responsive to all calls, texts, and emails. He was flexible to make the times work with my schedule and he was very thorough with his inspection. The quality of the inspection report was also phenomenal. McKale home inspection was recommended to me by my realtor. The inspection was done without me in the house and the I was asked to come in at the end to get the run down. Ryan was very nice and personable. However when I received the inspection report all of the problems that I was concerned with were not mentioned; such as a large dip in the roof. Along with that there was an image of someone else’s home in my report. I reached out via telephone regarding things that were not normal yet left out of the report, however I never received a reply. So I reached out via email regarding my issues, again with no reply. After moving into my home we found a big rodent problem and a large bat infestation. On top of that there was pluming that is not “legal.” As a first time homebuyer and new to Michigan I was really hoping to have a better buying experience & more reliable help leading up to the home purchase. At the end of the day I needed to do better research before relying on companies I have no experience with, just hope this can help someone else that may be in the same situation I was.
