Unprofessional owner. Did not deliver as per event contract. Guests had to decorate and arrange the space because there was no staff and the owner was not present. Guests served the food because there was no staff. This isn’t a banquet facility, it is a warehouse space that was once a trampoline gym. Not the place for a formal event. Expect poor service, mediocre food and an unprofessional owner who is unable to deliver your event vision because she does not have the staff or resources to do as she promises and is not honest about that. The bar for our event was a tall bar table and the alcohol was on the floor. Disappointing.

Nice and friendly staff, security is on point and very efficient, nice spot to chill.
