Tartan Towing

5/5 would get towed again.After parking in a no parking zone by accident, we couldn’t find our vehicle when we came back looking for it. I ran over to a tow truck driver I saw and asked if he had towed it and he said yes he did. He was incredibly nice and the best human being ever. His name was Suk and he explained to me and my friend who have never been towed before what happened and where to pick up the car. My friend and I are a little worried on how to get to the lot and Suk offered us a ride there. He was fun and awesome to talk to. He wasn’t judgemental of our mistakes helped us navigate the learning curve. He dropped us off at the lot showed us where to pay for the car and waved us goodbye for the night. It’s hard to believe an experience involved in getting your car towed could be 5 stars but this deserved it. My only regret for the night was that we didn’t get a selfie with Suk for being the best person ever.

If they’re was a negative option I would do that. I’m glad they’re going into a legal battle with the city they are a TERRIBLE company. They were called to tow my car which is fine but they purposely destroyed my battery so I would have to pay an additional tow to my body shop to figure out my battery. I refused to pay because they’re the ones who destroyed my car and the aggressive tower chased me down the street. Terrible terrible.

These guys towed my VW. I 100% parked illegally and it was fully deserved.Picked up the vehicle at midnight. Nice lady took my money. Compound is just the right amount of frightening at that time of night. Could have used a scary dog (that’s actually super friendly) to make it more frightening.Happy towing!

My husband paid for a tow to a transmission shop on his credit card (still visible on the statement today, this happened a month ago). Today we get a call from the transmission shop that we paid Tartan tow the car to, letting us know that Tartan Towing SHOWED UP TO THE SHOP claiming the tow was never paid for!? No call no email from Tartan to us, just showed up to the shop, even though we have been charged on the credit card. What the hell kind of business practice is that?!

I called yesterday to have my car towed to a local dealer. My car is very low and the driver was able to get it on dollies. No damages to the vehicle. The driver was super polite and helpful.They were quick and were at my car in 20mins. 100% would use again.

Car got impounded for 90 days. During the time my car was stored on their lot my car’s bumper was either hit twice or Tartan damaged my vehicle. There were still debris of the bumper of the vehicle that hit me. The paint on the debris pieces matches the colour of the hit spots on my bumper . Office staff didn’t care to give me any help when I told them my car has been damaged. Unprofessional. Had to make a police report and mpi claim for a hit n run. I had to pay my deductible

Well well i needed a tow truck and googled towing companies near me called couple of guys and they were asking me 200 dollar for 4 km tow within city i was charged only 111.56 by tartan for my front wheel drive sonata which is ok and driver 275 was very knowledgeable he knew it how to take it out from a narrow back-lane…my car was towed damage free to Canadian tire..

Horrible! Scam! Greedy! Unethical! Got my car towed. Not only did I get charged a fee (127$) for their services but my cord in the very front was ripped out in the process. Not even surprised they are still running with the amount of corruption that is

Tartan towing, towed my E350 Ford Van off my street due to street cleaning but when I got the Truck back, I saw that the engine light was on and the vehicle was shaking while driving. I called Tartan Towing and explained what was happening with my truck but man, was their customer service personnel ever rude to me! He kept cut me off while I was explaining to him what was happening with my Truck and hanged up on me. If there was zero stars on google reviews, I would have given it to them but unfortunately I can’t do that! You’re charging 185 dollars for towing but you have zero skills in customer service??Whatever you do guys, stay away from this towing company or you’ll regret it big time after they damage your vehicle.

Scam!!!! Scammers!!! Fraud!!How are they even allowed to operate their business? The car got towed for absolutely no reason and they don't have proof whatsoever. When asked all they say they can't do anything about it once towed and come up with a made up reason. There was no restriction on parking whatsoever. Seriously laws really need to be changed to stop such scamming companies to take advantage of people. This should be Illegal!! This place needs to be shut down.
