Yay. One more nice outdoor store for the neighborhood. They sell only their own brand. They have women, men and kids outdoor outfits. They also have backpacks and traveling goods. There are also a selection of outdoor shoes/boots and some seasonal shoes and slippers. They also have some must have snow accessories. Even your pet will be warm and cozy during the winter, they have some pets goods as well.I loved the seasonal/Christmas clothing.My favorite was the checkout area. Adorable Keychain, decorative items and good options of small gifts or complimentary gifts.

Items they enticed us in with via the catalog just weren't provided in-store by Corporate (I guess). And EVERY SINGLE pair of pants in the entire store (women's and men's) were Regular length: does LL Bean Corporate think we all have identically-sized legs!? After going in for four pairs of pants from the catalog and being able to buy zero of them, we're never going to make the trip to this store again.

Didn't honor price adjustment on receipt.Bought something full price, went on sale 2 days later. Would have to physically return then repurchase, when i couldnt.Other payment systems can do this remotely. For their price point, you would think their payment system would be modern. Never going back.

Guess I am dating myself lol!I used to go to their store back east in Maine, USA a few decades ago, when clothing was made more from cotton, raw silk, wool, and wool blends.Not a fan of polyester or the exorbitant price for it either.But was curious to see the place and the new mall

L.L. Bean has tons of beautiful clothing. I regularly drool over the items advertised to me on social media. Sadly, this store stocks none of that. The floor is mostly filled with boring cargo pants and plaid button up that can be found at any number of other local stores for much less. This is meant to be a flagship store so why not carry L.L. Bean's flagship products? At least I was able to try things on a determine my size for ordering online.The staff were great so nothing against them. My critical review is based purely on what the company has decided to carry in this particular store

Large outdoor clothing store located right by the fountain area. If you are not familiar with the brand, i would roughly estimate the price point is targeting upper middle class.It’s really great to see amazing brentwood adding exclusive retailers not available at other major shopping centers.

I don't have an L.L.Bean in my home town so decided to check out the Burnaby location when I was there on business. I've never had such exceptional service in a store in my entire life. They seriously made me feel like a VIP, and the clothing is excellent. Highly recommend and thank you for making my day :)

Everyone was super helpful and friendly here. They have great stuff and a large selection in their sale area with good prices. It’s a huge store; clean, organized, and well-stocked. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Vancouver.
