We've ordered several times from them and it was always delivered quickly and on time. Sometimes they even add a little surprise in the bag which is so nice of them and is much appreciated!But what I love most about them is their customer service. Yvonne and the team are always so responsive and helpful. I reached out to them on IG because I was looking for a snufflemat for my pup and asked if they carried any. They didn’t have any at the time but went above and beyond to research a good quality brand to suggest to me. When I couldn’t find a Canadian retailer that stocked it, they offered to stock them on their website so I could order it through them! It’s been a year and the snufflemat is still going strong <3They’re super friendly and thoughtful and I would highly recommend them for all your pet needs!

I’ve boarded my 8-month old puppy several times with Yvonne. She has an amazing house and backyard and a family that is caring and kind to our dog. She also has great doggie products for sale. I’ve bought food, toys and clothing!
