I’m very happy with Ricochet and the service they provided.Since my first review I got a new truck and called Ricochet right away to tint my front windows. Same excellency as the first time around. I recommend them for anyone looking for any auto film services they provide.

A bit disappointed. The owner was nice, the price was decent. However, there are fine line scratches in the tint right where I look to see in my side mirror. I did not expect to see scratches in the finished product. I can’t follow up because we moved 11 hours away 3 days later. I even waited a full extra day before rolling down my windows down. I noticed them the day I picked it up hoping they’d dissipate. Nope. They didn’t and now I have scratches on my brand new tint!! Not happy. UPDATE: The owner has followed up with me in regards to my comments. He was very pleasant to deal with and asked me to check a few things. Turns out, he was right. The scratches ARE on the outside of the window. (Perhaps a small rock was caught when lowering my window one day) So, in light of this discovery, I am updating this review to reflect that the scratches had nothing to do with their work. I am very happy with my dealings with this company and the fact that he called to follow up and ensure I was happy just solidified that more businesses should take after his customer service!! He offered a few solutions that would have made me happy if it was the tint and their fault. Which it wasn’t! Great job. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Go here to get your windows tinted. It’s about the whole experience, not just the tint on your windows. You won’t be disappointed with their service, attitude and attention to customer satisfaction. I was referred to Ricochet Auto Films by a friend - and I am so glad I was! From the very first interaction, it was top notch service. Not only was there little to no wait time for an appointment, but they were flexible in my pick up time for my vehicle as well. Amazing experience from start to finish!

Great people to deal with. Had my vehicle wrap guarded somewhere else and they did a horrible job. These guys removed it all replaced. It looks much better than it ever has. Thanks so much.

Ricochet was a pleasure to work with for my tinting and paint protection needs. Action over and above was received in the manner of vehicle storage while i was out of town and vehicle washed upon my return.

I was recommended by family to have my windows tinted here and am now looking forward to the installation of there pait protection film. The windows turned out great, and they made sure to make me aware of imperfections on the glass, inside and out. After looking things over the film looks great, and the damage to the glass was expected as the vehicle has experienced many winter and dirt roads.Extremely happy with the end result, and excited to have them install the PPF. Will definitely return for future work and recommend everyone to check them out.

Did an amazing job on replacing my tint on my driver door as the old tint I got somewhere else peeled off. Quick and friendly!
