Super 8 hotel

TLDR: Rooms here are clean very modern and comfortable to stay in. They even provide rags to wipe down soiled footwear.Main problem is that the staff can be VERY unprofessional and literally air its dirty sheets in the main hallway.My wife and I were staying at this venue for a wedding we were attending in the area. Our check in was very easy and the staff were lovely. The rooms are very modern and fashionable, it feels like this building is very new.Unfortunately our stay was marred by our experience the next morning. My wife was not feeling well and I took it upon myself to check out and load our car; during this time I noticed dirty sheets being layed out in the main entrance. I payed little attention to it as I passed but, when my wife was making her way to our car she was confronted by a staff member who demanded from my wife information on the hotel guest who apparently ruined the sheets.First off, this was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. We found out that one of the guests at the same wedding we attended was responsible for the mess. Thing is, we did not know her at all. On top of this, the employee threatened to call the father of the bride in order to get compensation......we really did not need to know that, also, kind of lame considering he had nothing to do with the mess let alone he may be like us and not really know this person.Great place to stay otherwise but the handling of this incident should have been taken with a little more tact and professionalism. We did not need to see the mess someone made let alone be accosted with demands on who this person is. We are not from here. We don't know everyone.

Wifi barely works, just enough to say it’s there but not enough to actually work. Download speeds of 0.1-0.3 Mbps. The staff here watch you eat the free breakfast it really annoying. On a good note it’s brand new, the king room I stayed was nice. Fridge is small without a freezer. The ice machine doesn’t work but is brand new. You can’t have pancakes either in morning because that’s not working either. It’s very crowded in the breakfast room. The gym is incomplete with equipment and a room that barely fits it all. Was left a note asking me not to dirty the towels, cleaning staff will go in your room without knocking even with the do not disturb sign on. Anyhow you get the idea

Super friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and new, breakfast was good. Stayed for hockey and they were very accommodating with check in and late check out times. I would stay again any time!

Stayed here for a few weeks while I was working at the tank farm. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms are clean,the staff are very friendly. The only thing I wish is that they had more channels to watch on tv. I definitely would stay at this place again!

Very pleased with my stay. I was the only one in the hotel that night and the amazing lady running the hotel got up early just to get coffee and breakfast ready for me as I was leaving at 6am. Thank you so much for caring about your customers.

Updated rooms and friendly staff! Love that check in is earlier in the afternoon, super handy. The king bed we had was comfortable and the hotel was clean. Everything you could ask for at a good price.

Staff was very kind. They noticed I came in very late so they got me some breakfast items even though I woke up after the breakfast hours. So nice!

Stayed an extended period of time, and found the rooms very CLEAN and well maintained, spacious, modern decor, with super comfortable beds, plus all the other things such as a nice work desk space, bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker. etc. Even the bathrooms were well designed. Morning breakfast items were nicely laid out with decent options...BUT...the real gem were the STAFF. They were very welcoming, caring and went out of their way to ensure our stay was as awesome as they could make it! The staff are what makes this business a perfect score. Congratulations to them. I would return on that alone.

This hotel was so nice and clean for a Super 8! Normally when I go to Super 8, they are budget hotels but you can tell this hotel is nicer and newer. The people working here are super nice and friendly as well. I will definitely be coming back with my family next visit.
