Friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you with your project. Good size store with a large parking lot and handicap parking. Have come here for something as small as cleaning supplies all the way to figuring out siding for a building.

After dealing with Rona, these guys should get 10 stars. Most of the people know what they're talking about and if they don't, they'll get someone who does. Takes me an extra 20 minute round trip but so much quicker and less aggravating than rona.

They hire young girls who seem to know nothing about hardware, I was left on my own to find the products that I needed. I almost had to leave empty handed, after coming from a long ways, thankfully I found what I needed. The cashier seem disinterested, and was not polite, nor did she even look at me once, as she quietly told me my total, which I had to ask for several times, until I took a closer look at the screen to see for myself.

Typical Home Hardware but customer service not so much. My experience with several Home Hardware stores have been much better on the customer service area than this store along with another out this way. Staff seems reluctant to want to help you (on many occasions/visits) and seem like you are putting them out when you need items not readily available on the floor.

Live in Windsor but travelled to Leamington for a part I needed, not available in my local H. H. The staff originally had a hard time finding my online order but were really very friendly and apologetic for the delay. In the end it was good. Part was there as promised, and everyone was helpful.

Terrible store if I could give it a zero i would, they won't price match, employees all have an attitude and act like they are doing you a favor, everything over priced. I will never use this store again I would rather drive an hour to Windsor than patronize this store again.
