Very kind,my Landlady kicked me out they arranged accomodation for me within 40hours

Sadly what they tell you at NYGH is that you will be discharged, but not to worry, a nurse will provide home care for you every day.I need an IV bag with antibiotics every day, and a drainage tube flushed and drained.But once release and calling the LIHN they inform you, no, you have to go to a clinic.Walking around with a blood filled bag attached to my ankle, a pic line permanently inserted into my arm for antibiotic distribution and a drainage tube coming out of my lower abdomen made this a rather daunting and frustrating task.When real in home care is offered IT SHOULD be provided.Thanks Ontario Government - Please do better.

If you want to lose your mind, deal with LIHN. You will never get anywhere. The rep I had to deal with on behalf of my husband was the most incompetent businessperson I have dealt with in decades. My GP warned me about the incompetence at LIHN. He as right. I believe, no exaggeration, that the LIHN must be a holding area where they send the most inefficient workers in the Ontario government.

This is place is like jungle ..no one want to do his job or take some responsibility.Please reevaluate the employee that responsible to provide services for a sick people!I hope that my voice reach so this place train there employe on how to make patient life and family more comfort.My mother recently passed away!I tried a lot to reach out to someone that would listen to my mother needs and consider it.But unfortunately those people are always on a leave no backup workerButI hope for the person that neglect my mother needs to have as much pain and suffer the same way.
