Tried the free trial, made a document. Not happy with it. 7 days pass and it slips my mind having not used the account since the first trial. Get charged an exorbitant amount of money for nothing. Ask for a refund as that's standard practice if digital services are not used past the trail period but this company seems to like the practice of Highway Robbery". Would not recommend."

I have used this service on and off for almost 2 years. I have had issues with my subscription not allowing me to access it. It would ask me to pay for get a subscription for one I already had. In those cases I would opt for the free trial and cancel. I paid for a few when I didn't cancel on time which isn't right. The company absolutely WILL NOT REFUND no matter what. The lack of customer service is sad for the amount of money I have spent. There is no acceptance of mishaps on their end. I recently used the product to put together an eviction notice which was not legal in BC. I called the BC rtb and they stated they ONLY accept their document. It was a big problem. When I called them to discuss it they insisted that their documents were all legal. Well it wasn't accepted. I will not use them again. Their documents can be okay but who wants to mess with CAN BE when its legal issues. Poor customer service and didn't even want to chat with me about it, simply cut off the chat. Very disappointed. Definitely looking for another provider.

Bad Experience :( :( :( Do Not trust their free trial.They will keep charging you ....... Professional thieves......I should have looked at their reviews before :(They don't even deserve one star.They start auto Withdraw automatically claiming notice emails had been sent and reference back to bold and underlined statements in their documents. Seems that they conveniently have extensive account/use history to back up their position but give no consideration for their customers. Business is business and if your are stupid enough to not read the fine print, that's your hard luck. GREAT attitude, NO refunds, they eagerly point out the disclaimer so yes, they are right. I do not approve of their business practices and will never recommend them to anyone.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Higher chances for overcharging and no refunds. They charged me $45. When called the customer services. Tabitha and manager Cynthia the customer services blamed me saying I am a fool who is not keeping tracks of my account.While logging in they say will tell you before charging you which purposefully makes you ignore the messages and details which is send to you in the beginning so that they can charge you saying it was clearly noted on the logging page or the email. SO GUYS BE AWARE. Read all the small letter texts and agreements and conditions even if it is so small.

Law Depot is an excellent service for creating leases and other legal documents. It seems any negative reviews are because people forgot to cancel their free trial membership and were charged.

One of the worst Law company that I have ever seen. Free forms!!!!! Free services!!!! It was awful1!!I just want ask the company to remove their google ad.Just do not trust them.

AVOID AT ALL COST. The worst and rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. Simply left half way through our conversation. After multiple attempts to cancel and still being charged I was told this was my fault and they would not help. They do not care about customers because they know they know they don't make money of repeat customers. Once they scammed you they move onto the next. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Just look at the other reviews... It is horrendous. Have to contact my credit card provider to dispute.

I had a good experience with LawDepot-signed up for the free 1 week trial to write up a Promissory Note for loaning my spouse $1000. I had intended to cancell within a week but actually called them 3 days after the end of the weeklong expiry day. The receptionist was very courteous and explained she would have to ask to make an exception. Within 1 minute it was approved.I think it's a great service/product for people who want an official document for their legal transactions that don't require a lawyer or notary.

I feel so ripped off and i would never sign up for the subscription again!! I didn't even use the documents they have provided and let alone anything else They say it was because i had access to them but i didn't use any of it so why am I paying for the services that i didn't use.. the manager put the blame on me saying that i should have checked my msc statement but nothing was supposed to come out that card. Be careful when you do a free subsrcription" it is not free. Honestly
