Despite the bad reviews, I usually have nothing but nice things to say about the staff here.Until today.I know since covid, they came up with this fill out your own customs" thing online when shipping internationally. I've done it before BUT today I happened to forget my phone.When asked if I filled it out

May10, 2020, 9:30 am. Worst customer service experience ever and I am over 60! The manager, Judith, was rude, had this downtrodden look on her face accompanied with severe attitude issues. From reading these posts its not the first complaint and I'm sure this won't be the last. Obviously nothing has been done so I will move my business to Fedex. Someone please teach Judith the meaning of kindness, especially since she is the face of the counter and representative of both Canada Post and Shoppers. Shame on both the Post Office and Shoppers for allowing this to continue.

The employees at this Canada Post location are very friendly and helpful when you have questions about shipping packages. The service is excellent and the line up usually moves quite quickly.There is plenty of packaging available for purchase also.

Service agents here, in my experience, always seem to want to help and try to find the best option for delivery for my packages.

Was belittled infront of a lineup by JUDITH, for not having the label taped to the box, JUDITH is super rude and incompetent as I can see other reviews have the same issue with the same person. Canada post should address this and JUDITH should learn how to treat people.

Brutal that the staff was over 30 minutes late even during holiday hours. It was the only window of time I had and this inconvenience caused me a lost day of shipping due to time management incompetentence! Train more staff for this and BE ON TIME FOR WORK!!!!

Horrible customer service! Judith is the most rude and arrogant service rep that I have ever encountered... even treating my 84 year old dad poorly (I was shocked!). I have tried this location several times, giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was just having a bad day or week (or month) but no, she's always like this. She always has a scowl on her face and is just plain rude. I've taken my business to another location.

My husband and I regularly send parcels from the Headon Road branch and have always had courteous and helpful service from the postal clerks. Thanks for all you do!

I along with the customers behind me, I arrive at approximately 3:45pm and Jaqueline the employee here has refused my package. I am sitting in the line and typing this out as we speak, it is now 3:53pm as you can imagine we have had discussions with me asking if they can hold the package and complete the processing on Monday in which I was told no. She has already sent home 3 customers behind me! Now I am unable to ship this package for its return until next week, which HOPEFULLY isn’t to late to receive my $400 refund. Absolutely, I acceptable and it’s on Canada Post to divide up time so that their employees can complete the work needed after 4:00pm. Therefore Canada Post I blame you, not Jaqueline although she plays a part, it’s not fair that she can’t finish her shift in which she is paid probably minimum wage for, provide them with the time to complete the work for packages handed in before 4pm. Pay them until 4:30pm. Ridiculous!
