The tractor arrived on time and in excellent condition. Shane was thorough in explaining how things operate. Shane stayed in touch and responded immediately to question or concerns. The tractor came with some tools, a length of chain and an extra sheer pin (very important for my rental). As well Shane provides jerrycans so you can get more diesel as required.I recommend renting from Ames Tractor rentals and will rent from him again in the future. Money well spent on a quality product and great service!I Thompson

I rented from Shane for a weekend, you wouldn't believe the work you can accomplish in a few days with some good equipment.Shane was very helpful in making sure to give a quick run down on what you need to know to run the machine and the attachments you rent. Great equipment, and a great guy to rent equipment from. I'll be renting again when my next project comes up.

We rented a tractor and wood chipper for a weekend from Ames. Was very pleased not only with the equipment, but the service Shane provided. He was punctual in delivery and provided a thorough equipment and safety orientation. And all for a great price. Already planning for the next rental.

Shane has been a pleasure to work with. He is professional and honest. Shane stands behind his equipment and is ready and willing to provide support throughout your rental. Shane is very thorough with his instructions on how to use the equipment, which really boosts your confidence as someone that has never used a tractor before. Shane arrived at the house promptly in the morning and set straight to work. His equipment is perfectly maintained and VERY efficient. He was able to grind down 7 stumps (including two which had been dislodged in the storm), smooth out and flatten the ground, and remove large debris with the bucket. Shane worked safely and skillfully and was finished in a little over an hour! Shane's tractor and stump grinder were fully prepped, safetied, and ready to go upon arrival. I HIGHLY recommend Ames Tractor Rentals for any anticipated (and suprise) big jobs around the house and farm!

Fantastic Experience! Having never operated a tractor before I was really nervous, but Shane explained the operation very simply and in detail. I highly recommend Ames for anyone who like me is a first timer and needs farm equipment.

Great experience!!! Responded quickly, on time, equipment in great condition, excellent prices. Checked in to see how things were going, even removed a stump for me during the tutorial, professional service will use again for sure!
