Wonderful building and a sophisticated community, Kris the superintendent is awesome.

Would never live at a Paramount Properties development again. I urge everyone to look elsewhere for housing. Paramount management is unbelievably bad. They knowingly broke the law, and they know they can get away with it because any legal enforcement is time-consuming and expensive for an individual. This has happened to a few people I know who have had the misfortune of living in a Paramount apartment. This company clearly has an MO.Even Sleepwell is better (even if they're not amazing), because they're managing properties belonging to actual people, so they don't want to risk making the owners liable for their wrongdoing as property managers. Paramount Properties on the other hand is unconscionable to the bone.
