Only reason I give it a 4 star is cuz I have to spend a bunch of money anytime I go to insure a vehicle. Place was clean. People there sanitized each station after each person served was done. As well, they were very polite and conversational.

Just wanted to mention that the Customer service at this location is so poor and they never been helpful to me not even once they have 0 experience, in the same time when I go to another branch I get it done so easy and smooth but this location wasn’t helpful at all

I recently walked into the St.Anne's office and the late 50s-aged lady at the front was on a personal phone call. She didn't say anything to me or wave, just briefly glanced and kept to her phone call about non-insurance related things. I sat there like a fool until one of the workers came down to the front and helped me out. I don't think I'm going there again due to that lady's horrible attitude. I've had better customer service from teenage girls!!!The other staff were helpful though.

We're newcomers from Ukraine and needed an insurance for renting the apartment. We were lucky to meet Eugene who answered our numerous questions, gave us useful advice and explained all about our insurance. Eugene is a great professional and very nice person. Also he speaks Ukrainian and Russian. It will be helpful for newcomers, who aren't fluent in English.
