Clean and quick-handed staff! His work was skillful and made it easy for me to visit for the first time here. Recommend it.

I love the express drop off. It’s the only way to go. Staff are ok, not super friendly but who can blame them? It looks like a tough job dealing with gross sticky stuff and people arguing over 5cent cans.

Dropped off bags 3 times. First time everything was great, but two weeks in a row now we noticed we weren’t credited enough. This week we counted them ( they are work bottles) and dropped off 125. We were only credited for 23.Don’t go here if you want an honest count!

Never had a better experience at a bottle depot! The staff are amazing!!

I brought in three bags totalling 110 items at the beginning of September. I was credited for only two bags and 32 items. I'll admit that there were about ten items that I weren't sure qualified but I'm not sure what happened to the other 68 items then. Were they logged under someone else? Did someone take them for themselves? If it were a lesser amount missing maybe I would accept it as an error and let it go. Eitherway, unfortunately, I probably won't use this depot again.

I walked into this bottle depot to return two bags via express. They had a bit of moisture in the bag as I rinsed with water prior to bringing in, and the outside of the bags had been on my porch and so they had a bit of rain on them. No full containers of liquid. I was told they have the right to refuse" my bags because they were "full of liquid". I did not say a word

Love this place for taking in bottles everyone's friendly and they are quick with the counting bottles when You bring them up front and the bottle prices are normal

Great staff, fast and experienced. There's a decent amount of table space to sort and plenty of trays. It's organized we'll with the various compartments for recycling. The parking is limited, however, and a access is tricky if you have to park on the street or next door. I overheard some employees wishing that customers wouldn't come at the last minute, which is understandable...and the respectful thing to do. After a long day, especially on your feet recycling, who wouldn't want to be able to close at 5. We can be more respectful of that, I think, so, sorry about that guys. Good job. Recycling is vital to good life, happy people, and a happy earth (who serves us constantly). Thank you!!!

Staff used to be all super helpful and nice. But that has gone south when I visited recently.Rude staff with condescending tone. Especially the short guy with long hair. They clearly don’t even know how to count properly because they didn’t count mine as it was dropped off.
