Had a satay bowl. Charged me 3.79 for chicken and only gave me 3 shredded pieces of cubed chicken.. what a joke. The bowl had sooooo much sauce, you'd think it was a soup. The front counter girl has great customer service, however, for the price, the portions, and the quality of how the bowl was made, I'd say THIS freshii is a 4/10.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Freshi QSR and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The restaurant has a clean and modern atmosphere with plenty of seating, making it perfect for solo diners or groups. The menu offers a variety of fresh and healthy options, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients and preparation methods.I tried the Buddha Bowl and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the portion size was generous. The smoothie I ordered was also incredible - it tasted like a dessert, but without all the guilt. What impressed me most was the attention to detail - everything from the garnishes on the dishes to the presentation of the food was spot on.The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the service was fast and efficient. Overall, Freshi QSR is a fantastic option for anyone looking for a healthy and delicious meal on-the-go. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to go back

Nice freshii location, I prefer this store whenever I want Freshii mainly because it is an actual restaurant and not inside a gas station. it has area to sit down, its clean, friendly staff and no gas fumes. Bonus!

I have not had the chance to eat in 2 days because i spent all my money on my 5 year old daughter. I told the manager i haven't eaten in 2 days and asked if he had anything to spare he gave me a chicken bowl dinner. God bless sometimes people fall on hard times I'll defiantly be a long time customer at this location10/10

Update: Over a month later. Owners of this location do not care about quality of their food, their customers, or their mistakes. After looking through your reviews it seems like you only choose to respond to five stars. You just don’t run a business trying to pretend you’re never in the wrong. Very sour experience, I will 100% NOT BE BACK. SAVE YOIR MONEY PEOPLE. Otherwise you’ll be served rotten moody food and no one will even say they’re sorry.1. Appearance: 1/5 ⭐️ Oaxaca bowl had all the correct ingredients, but unfortunately the ingredients were not fresh. First thing I noticed was the avocado - it was covered in large black spots meaning it was rotten. I fail to understand why the employee who was assembling the bowl added an ingredient that is inedible and unpresentable. Second thing I noticed was the size of the Beet Slaw chunks - they were too big, uneven, and cut in a most careless way possible.2. Smell: 2/5 ⭐️ The only part of the dish that had a smell was the Spicy Yogurt Sauce. Very lightly tangy. The rest of the dish was bland.3. Taste: 2/5 ⭐️ I threw out all the avocado and majority of beet slaw, but the rest of the ingredients tasted ok once mixed together. But the experience was not the same if I’m missing two main ingredients as well.4. Texture: 1/5 ⭐️ Brown Rice - Dry, Kale - somewhat crisp, Beet Slaw - hard to bite, Black Beans - Soft & Mushy, Corn - chewy, Salsa Fresca - Mushy, Crispy Wontons - Stale, Lime Wedge - Not very juicy slice, Spicy Yogurt Sauce - smooth.5. Temperature: 1/5 ⭐️ I’m truly disappointed because the entire bowl has arrived Ice cold top to bottom. Rice was extremely cold - and seeing that it was dry in texture makes me think it was not freshly made.6. Flavour: 1/5 ⭐️ I was missing two ingredients, and the rest of the ingredients were cold and unappetizing, I ate some just because I do not waste food. It truly lacked flavour from all the ingredients.7. Price: 1/5 ⭐️ Quality of food is not worth the price.

This is a wholesome place to eat. If you appreciate bowls, tacos or wraps then you might put a little bit of thought into what you eat? I am pleased with the quality of my drink. This tropical mango coconut milk base happens to rock with honey, pineapple and turmeric. While, COVID protocols were followed here please expect to wait a little longer, depending on the traffic. Fellow working was an excellent food handler, with the right calls on glove changes and food hygiene. For this reason, plus COVID protocol I waited a tad longer for a smoothie today. Just as I left the manager and one more staff showed up. So, I expect great things from this location.UpdateGreat service and fantastic mixed berry smoothie!
