We recently went through a main floor renovation and the floors, baseboards and trim were purchased at GTA Flooring. Our salesperson Parm was very knowledgeable, professional and so easy to work with. It was very difficult to narrow down the floor I wanted because they have such a large selection to choose from. Although the engineered floor sample that we finally fell in love with did not have any knots on it when the floor was delivered and we looked in the boxes the planks did have them. To be honest at first I was upset and called Parm but I still loved the warmth of the colour of the floor. He was very understanding and we agreed that I would put aside any wood planks that had a lot of markings on them and that they would replace them which I did. We did have an issue with the installers, and that’s the only reason why I did not give them 5 stars, but again Parm was able to intervene and couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. Thank you GTA Flooring and especially Parm for helping to make this part of the reno experience as pleasant as possible.

Great customer service. They really listen to you and provide you with excellent choices and flooring options.The flooring that I was sold was high quality Canadian hard maple with a beautiful finish.This company does removal and new installations for you as well. I used my own installer because my wife already had him lined up. I was even sent to one of their suppliers when they were out of stock of a transition strip for the entrances to the room.

I don't often leave reviews, but GTA Flooring fully deserves this one. We were initially going to visit a different flooring supplier in the same area but they closed before we could make it there.We not only ended up ordering our floors, but also trims, casings and some tiles. The prices are reasonable, but more importantly, the service, support and advice are second to none. They were in constant contact with updates on delivery times, balance dues, etc. In store, they helped with suggestions on baseboards and casings based on our needs.Their help and support took a chunk stress out during a fairly significant home renovation project.Thank you GTA Flooring team for everything!

Nav and Mandy are THE best! After only 1 meeting with Nav I knew that he understood our needs and made us comfortable enough that we trusted him. Mandy is a role model to other interior designers. She shares her knowledge and expertise and we appreciate her for that. We admire her work and her expertise. Love their suggestions and consultative style. Would definitely recommend GTA flooring.

GTA flooring was very helpful in meeting my flooring needs. They also helped in some of the design aspects for my renos and understood the concept that I was looking for - accent wall, crown moulding, baseboards and tiles. The price was reasonable and delivery was on time. The service from all the staff was great (especially from Mandy and Nav) Thank you!

I dealt with Nav and his team in choosing new flooring for our home. They removed our old flooring and did a complete replacement. They were extremely professional and the final product was amazing. People are shocked at how great the flooring looks and how they re-stained our stairs and created a perfect match. They also helped select Laminate flooring for our basement. The Laminate flooring looks great and the colour and pattern looks just like our hardwood on the ground floor. Thanks to GTA Flooring and their amazing team.

The worst calculations ever short on tile grout never have it in stock I got ripped off.
