JACK & JONES

Came by on a Thursday afternoon and Mava was extremely helpful, helped me find a pair of jeans in the right sizing that I liked. Wasn't pushy and gave me space to make sure I was happy with my selection and offered suggestions to find the perfect fit!

I usually don’t write reviews and when I do it’s definitely positive! What I witnessed today as a customer at this specific branch surprised me and not in a good way! I really love the Jack Jones collection and their variety. As we entered No one greeted us, no one even asked if we need any help. The fitting rooms weren’t cleaned up and there were still clothes on the floor from the pervious customer. Another customer asked “ can I use this fitting room” and this girl said “ yes you can go ahead knowing, the hangers were literally all over the place and more than 5 pieces of clothing inside the room.” She even hesitated to clean up the fitting room. On the other hand, This other girl made eye contact with me when I was looking for a size and while I looked super confused and she didn’t offer any help whatsoever. I am a retail worker myself in such busy locations as well so I understand not to have over realistic expectations from sales associates . But the lack of customer service really disappointment me. Although, I love shopping at the pacific centre location, the workers are super friendly and polite.

This store is excellent. I stumbled upon them about 2 months ago looking for slim fit dress shirts. Their quality is excellent and their prices are more than fair. While I was there I grabbed a few of their underwear and have since switched to them almost exclusively. The staff have all been extremely friendly and more than helpful. I highly recommend their clothing and this store in particular. Check out their website to see if their style of clothing is what you're looking for and if so check out the store. I was at your metrotown store today around 10am looking for a polo t shirt. I asked a lady that was working there who was the only one in the store if they had any polo t shirts. She responded very rudely letting me know they are out of stock but as I was walking out I saw some of them in the store. I asked her again if they had any in stock because I saw the t shirts but she insisted that they did not have any. I am very displeased with this customer service as I expected a lot more from Jack n Jones.:( please improve the customer service.

Love all the staff there, they are really friendly and helpful and enthusiast, even when you need a lot of time to decide they still wait and give you suggestions.I'm not so sure about the product quality as this is my first time buying here. But in overall they are good-looking and have affordable price. Recommend to friends.

I prefer giving Jack and Jones zero stars for selling me a cheap quality glasses as the glasses broke right after a month of purchase. It was definitely not my fault, it is because of the low quality frame of the glasses. I have been to the store, upto requesting them for a refund the cashier replied me " once we sold it, itz not our responsibility anymore!!! " if this is the response.... Why should we trust the brand name and make the purchases ..This is what gives me a bad impression on Jack n Jones....Jul 26

Came to Jack N Jones this past Saturday and had one of the best shopping experience in a long time ! Staff was friendly especially one associate Dunya who went above and beyond in assisting me and my brother shop. she was extra attentive and helpful in informing me about the items on sale and new items in store . BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we need more retail associates like Dunya
