Got my suit there great if you're a big man like me

Great selection and Sally was so helpful and cheerful I ended up buying more than I went in for. Great customer service,

went into store looking for shirts I saw online and was unsure of what size to order. They did not have it in store but I gave my sons measurements and they said to order a 4x which I did...it was way to big so I reordered the clothing in a 2x and returned the 1st order to the store....first one item was out of stock then the delivery dates were changed, when i finally recieved the items they were a 4x again instead of the 2x I had ordered...called repeatedly because they rarely answer the phone and customer service was basically useless...i had to reorder the shirts and now have to go back to the store again to take back the wrong size stuff AND i had to pay $10 shipping on my order because of thier mistake....will NOT be ordering from them again...wont be surprised in the least if the current order I'm waiting for has some issue

Great store for big and tall guys. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Lots of variety. Prices are higher so check the clearance section for a good deal on some clothes. Location is great as it is in the mall plaza so you can do a variety of shopping. Recommend.

The service and selection are fantastic. They took the time to make sure I was happy with everything I purchased and their suggestions really helped a lot. Thanks so much. You're the best!

Will not be shopping at pen store anymore I was only one in store at 3 pm and 2 employees at front talking no one asked if I needed help walked out no one said anything that's it for me went shopping elsewhere

they have sport jackets all in the same sizes 50 nothing bigger nothing smaller seems like who does the ordering should be made aware people come in different sizes, and I understand if its sold out, there is a solution for that its called ordering more or being smart and seeing if the bigger sizes are selling out order a bigger quantity. I don't see this store being profitable much longer.

Went there today needed new pants. Being a big guy it's next to impossible to find the size I want or need after googling bug and tall George Richards came up. Gave them a call talked to a very nice lady she gf me to come on by and check them out. Well very glad I did been searching everywhere for long t-shirts as well and bam they got them. Will definitely be going back for more clothing.
