Cody Sandover did a beautiful job refinishing and restoring the floors in my heritage home in Revelstoke. Cody is passionate about trying to restore and refinish the beautiful old wood floors rather than ripping them out and replacing them which was my other option. When he came and first looked at my floors i felt like he was a floor whisperer - he got down on his hands and knees and checked them out and knew exactly how much life they had left in them .Cody’s family has been refinishing floors for almost 100 years. It’s like having an old world craftsman come into your home. He brought my floors back to life. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did.

Cody was a very personable and friendly person to deal with. He was the only person to call me back , his competition either did not call me back or could not be bothered to give me a quote. First of all, anybody with the last name “Sandover“ is destined to be a master of their craft. In all seriousness, Cody sanded and refinished the ancient maple floors in our craftsman home in the West End of Kamloops built in 1910. The floors were in rough shape and he really brought them back to life! Other important components to a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review is the job was initiated and completed as was agreed and we were billed the amount we were initially quoted. We had our floors refinished in 2020. More recently, while renovating a rental, we discovered original oak hardwood from the 1960s under the carpet. Again, we called on Cody to refinish the flooring. Unfortunately, in the master bedroom a window air conditioning unit had been condensing and leaking water down the wall for years onto the floor. It was a black mess but Cody performed miracles and it now looks very nice.
