This Tim Hortons location has significant accessibility issues. One of the automatic doors has not worked in a year and customers park over top of the pedestrian crossing and the ramp. The pedestrian crossing is the safest way through the parking lot for families or individuals using mobility devices. I have brought up the issue but it was pretty clear that the management plans to do nothing. I don’t need a “sorry” because I’m not offended, I’m just going to start going to Mc Donald’s for my coffee since I can’t access the Tim’s near my house on foot.

Best one in town in my opinion. Food is always good and when a mistake is made they fix it right away.

My go to tim hortons, staff is great and friendly, coffee is always on point and fresh, and the food is great. I can't say anything bad about this Tim Hortons.

Half the time whenever I order a bagel from this Tim Hortons it’s wrong. I’ve asked for herb and garlic every time and yet it’s plain cream cheese. Sometimes the bagel isn’t even cut.

Usually the premises is spotless. I did mention that one part of the seated area had garbage and paper tables. 4/5 ppl working they did nothing to correct it. All laughing and giggling like kids. Wait they were kids. A mature adult in charge would be a great asset.

Very disgusting mucus like liquid in my iced Capp. Not sure what it was because nothing in the ingredients of an iced capp would create this texture. So grossed out..
