The Score

Ok ok, turns out it is a bit pricy but the quality of stuff warrants it, I actually like it here now. It was weird, there was things new that were donated selling for 100 or 150 dollars more here and then just on another aisle cups for 75 cents. I found a shirt that they were asking 100 dollars for, at a Thrift store. All mixed with 4 dollar shirts or dresses. I would usually never spend 100 dollars in a Thrift store for anything, almost anything even if it's new. They r definitely looking for profit only here. I mean I saw lagostina pots there, but I could get those same pots brand new for that price never opened at a store anywhere. They said green tags were half off but I went through the entire store and there was nothing that I saw in a green tag. So nice place if u r looking for new things mixed with old Andy things and you have no budget here, otherwise I would never classify this place as a Thrift store. More like a glorified Giant Tiger, which is a block down the road by the way. I am an avid thrift shopper and I did not see any deals here. They r expensive here. I had an embarrassing experience here well 2 actually, the 1st 1 was the guy worker was kinda rude to me when I was asking about something and another time I was asked if my basket was mine or is it was theirs for me to buy, I hate that. I want to bring my bags and baskets in here to put my stuff in but why can't they just assume there ours if there is no price tag on it. Idk, frustrating. My basket was clearly mine and brand new and the workers should know what they have in the store everyday anyway. When you are a regular I guess you expect more from them. Also when my Daughter walked in with her backpack purse, they made her leave her money and id at the front desk while she shopped but when my older husband walked in with his backpack they said nothing, that was wrong, when it's your purse, they shouldn't do that, only if it's an extra backpack. Thats just my opinion though. But I still like to shop here.

I love shopping here, and they have lots of great deals, but it seems like the change rooms are never open! I've been told by front desk staff that the change rooms are closed the last hour of shopping (ok fine), and on weekends (???). But over the last couple weeks I've visited at lunch and early afternoon on week days to find the change rooms full of clothing racks with a Change Rooms CLOSED" sign. Who wants to buy clothes they haven't tried on?"

Stopped in today and tried to purchase a frozen jacket for my 3 year old daughter, we got to the cash and the cashier got my daughter so so excited ! But then we were told we could not purchase our item because employees had not tagged with price. We asked if they could find out a price and were told no, we offered to wait and were told the best she could do was call us , I gave her my name and phone number and she didn’t bother to even write it correctly despite me repeating my number twice. Horrible customer service!

I was played well by the Score. I bought a PS3 there just yesterday. A few days earlier they said I had 24 hours to return it. Yesterday it was you buy it it's yours.Well, first they sold me the wrong controller charging cord so I had to go back to the Score so they could give me an appropriate working chord. I got home to find out the actual controller won't charge and is broken. I can't even try it! I'm very frustrated with the Score hustling this on innocent shoppers. It came to over $100.

I use to like shopping at the score but lately they have been selling broken items for a hefty price, example I bought a stroller from here for $30 only because mine had broken so I needed a stroller quick to get my kids from school, anyway I noticed it had one wheel that was flat no biggy get home I now notice it has 2 popped inner tubes for the wheels (it's a three wheeler) and the plastic is cracked on the front wheel!The back is also ripped that was hidden from view and it has mold on the bottom of the seat!It's going to cost more than the stroller was to fix it. So be warned not to buy strollers or kid furniture from here as it will most likely be broken or moldy.

The score is a great place to shop some of the prices truly are a score from lulu lemon to puma Victoria secret and juicy.C. so many great brand names im from toronto where im used to a variety and this place has what i look for they also have great shoes and foot wear as well as everday house hold items and lots of nice new furniture!!! FREINDLY STAFF I love the score❣

this place is extremely overpriced. sure you can find the odd t shirt for $6 but you can get 2 for only $14 at giant tiger. plus i was looking at the prices of their rugs which START at $100. the one i liked was $160 but was also being sold at giant tiger for 69.99. it’s really not worth it coming here if you’re trying to save money.

This store is amazing, such great prices. This store has amazing deals every week. The selection of items is incredibly, you can get everything from clothing, food, electronics, cookware, beds, exercise equipment. I could go on and on this is your one stop shop it's great. The staff here are always so friendly and amazing. The staff have gone out of there way to help me and make me feel great shopping in their store. I would recommend this store to all.

You guys have completely captured myself and my daughter! Clothing prices are unbeatable and now whenever we thrift shop we always end up leaving empty handed as nobody else comes close. Your selection, organization, turn over, and staff are top notch. We love that each staff member gets to curate and share their music and no matter what is playing we always end up happy because it's so unique and personal. Keep up the great work!
