My wife and I have been members at the interior savings credit union for at least 30 years. It is getting harder to get things done. Even simple things. Calling in to tech-support gets you a control freak not to mention the long wait! The bank has amalgamated at least twice with other credit unions in BC. The bigger the bank the less service. It used to be friendlier. Now seems to be like any other big Bank.

Went in to see if I could get ISF fees lowered after being -$500 in ISF charges which should be criminal. I was told no by the lady behind the counter and she actually had the audacity to laugh at me for asking. Very rude service. Been with interior for 20 years will be closing accounts and moving shop
