I am speechless! No callback, no reply via email, and 1 month of reaching out!  If you're not interested in taking the job,  have the common courtesy,  respect and professionalism to let people know!  Unfortunately, you have lost all credibility by failing to act accordingly.

Read all the reviews before and yup... most are true. You can wait months and months for them to call you back for a job and even longer after the work is done. They give you a guarantee for a job and if there is a problem, get ready to wait months and even longer. It must be 8 months now and still nothing.

Avoid this business! Extremely disappointed. Marco does not return calls or emails, constantly breaks his promise. They have refused to come and fix a default in our balcony for almost year.

Completely satisfied from start to finish. I met Marco for the first time at my home to redo my front railing. It wasn't a super big job, but not only did Marco treat me with much professionalism, he treated me like a friend. The job was done on time, the installation went perfect (Kudos to the installers) and the product is beautiful. My Dad had his balconies and spiral staircase at his duplex redone. The job was done in the scheduled time frame and exceptionally well. My Dad was very impressed with the installation and the workmanship and quality of the product. I referred my neighbor for a little three step railing and he was surprised that Mondi accepted to do the job for him while other companies were not interested in doing such a small job. He was extremely happy with the product as well. A big thank you to Marco and the entire team at Mondi. I am a very satisfied customer that will use and refer Mondi again.

I do not recommend if looking for reliability and professionalism. Marco is a very nice guy but has a hard time to deliver and respect the timeline. Unfortunately, promises were not delivered and after very little time and lots of money, part of the work has been damaged already.

Worst service ever! We got railings installed and now they're unbalanced and when we asked if they could review it. The guy (Domenic) refused to acknowledge they installed them and started raising his voice and only when we raised our voice and showed proof did he ask us to send an email with more information. It's been 3 weeks and they haven't bothered answering back.
