Expressions Ladies Consignment

Awesome consignment store, I went with a couple friends and we all found some great finds. The store has high quality clothes and they are very well organized. I would say the only downfall is their hours. They are only open from 10am-5pm Tues-Friday and are closed Sunday/Monday so for most working folks the only opportunity to get there is Sat. I will definitely be back though and hopefully they will extend their hours! :)

Came in for the first time to sell some clothes, I didn't know the whole process, so I was looking for some help from the staff. Unfortunately, they didn't seem too keen on doing so and instead became snippy and rude. Next time, I plan to take anything I want to sell to a business that respects and appreciates their customers for supporting them. I do not appreciate being treated as less then.

Great selection of high end consignment items. I found the layout both nice and cramped at the same time as it was very busy during my visit.

I really love this consignment store. The prices are consistent per category so you know you can get a dress, for example, for $25 or $30 rather than each item being separately priced. I also consign here and have been able to sell a few things. I also like that they are willing to donate anything they don’t take to the Women in Need Society. By the time I am trying to consign, I’m wanting to let go of items and it makes it easy that they will donate the items to WINS rather than me having to pack themup and deal with them myself.

I shop here often because you can find lots of good quality pieces for less. I have sold a few items as well. The customer service is decent. I don't like being chased and hovered when shopping so I don't mind being left alone. I am not sure what other customers expect. It is annoying that they do not have a washroom facility. I find it takes a long time to find something that fits so the use of a washroom would be very helpful. I also wish the change rooms have magnets to properly close the curtains. It's pretty easy to accidently flash the patrons in the store. I have had a few embarrassing incidents.

This is such a refreshing place to both consign and purchase. They don’t throw your clothes on a pile and say “don’t worry I know where yours begins. They actually track it and your sales. They have so many wonderful things to purchase too. I usually find something every time I go. Love these stores.

Great consignment store! I’ve visited Expressions dozens of times over the last few years and almost always find something here. The prices are excellent and the vast majority of items are in like-new condition. Also, the consignment process is clear and simple.The one thing I think the Expressions team can improve is their customer service. (Based on previous reviews, it seems I’m not the only customer who thinks this.) Some of the team members are friendly and welcoming, but other times I kind of feel like I’m bothering them when I drop off items to consign. (There is one employee who, based on my interactions with her, is consistently unfriendly and almost rude.) I encourage the owner to consider hiring people with excellent customer service skills and coaching her existing employees to develop their customer service skills. (Just simple things like smiling, being friendly and welcoming when a customer enters the store, taking the time to answer customers’ questions, and not being short with customers / not giving the impression that a customer is a nuisance.)(Also, please consider adding magnets or something to the fitting room curtains, or replace the existing curtains with wider curtains. The curtains don’t properly cover the entire entry to the individual fitting rooms and I’m always worried I may be accidentally flashing someone!)I’ll continue shopping here and encouraging others to do the same, due to the great selection and prices.

Prices are decent & selection is good, but the owner needs some work on customer service skills. She makes it appear like we are inconveniencing her by coming in to SUPPORT her store!Her staff isn't very friendly with the exception of a young lady with long blond hair but I only see her very occasionally on a Saturday. She's the only one that makes me feel welcome.

This place is great! High-quality used clothes at terrific prices!
