We had a problem with my furnace right as the weather started to turn cold, at 10:30 pm. Called another repair shop first, they didn’t even answer! We found Lagrange online, and called to see if someone could come out to look at it, but I wanted to keep it as cost effective as possible (as I like to repair most things myself). He walked me through a diagnosis over the phone and told me to try it. Turned out he was bang on, and it was a simple fix without the need to pay for a call out service man. He even gave me a few tricks to get us through the night. Thanks a ton, Jay! Next time I am in need of mechanical services, Lagrange will be the first call I make.

These guys are great! Jay made sure the right guy was there and they were prompt. MacKenzie was came to my place to replace my water pump before the cold weather comes. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Highly recommend Legrange. Myself and my neighbors will be using them again.
