You will pay for your own ppe, pay for your own courses, alot of sitting around doing nothing on the job, alot of wait time for flights and alot of sitting in camp. They expect you to do alot for nothing in return. Nothing is organized between the office and the sites. Your basically a seat filler so they can bill suncor and other organizations they work for. No over time till after 10hrs while working for one of the largest oil sand projects. All around just a depressing place to be everyone is treated like a criminal.

saturday 19 november open house hiring event we had hiring ticket there nice polite lady left front and luckly she was interviewing my cousin and me i had this rude lady were sitting right at back there nice people in this company but the bad people are leading black are not welcome here findout yourselfplease get back to me after that thank you no equal opportunity

This company says one thing and does another. They expect you to drop everything to come work for them because they need you ASAP. A month goes buy and one has not even started their first day of work. You will get the run around, broken promises, and end up being frustrated. They say they value their employees, but actions dictate something else entirely. When your done with them, be rest assured they will not be done with you. They will stick their feet out and trip you on your way out. If you enjoy endless frustration and enjoy being undervalued this place is for you.

I give you five stars because of Rylee may(field recruiter) she has good personality and fit for her work, she deserves higher than the position she has now.2023You may take this one series because the reviews of this old company i have seen it is so horrible.Am not one of the employees I just have talk to Raylee once .
