Traded in a 2022 f150 for another 1 ton dodge. The trade value was excellent. They made the transaction easy, fast and too the point. They gave me everything they promised and then some. Will buy future vehicles from here again. Worth the stop by and drive if you’re not local.

Very happy with my purchase of this 2017 Nissan Qashqai SV. I have-- in my many years-- NEVER experienced service like I have at the Tarrabain's. Beyond thrilled, very happy with the terms of this sale, and will be referring all family & friends to Tarrabain Motors! They really do treat you like family. Was passing through town and needed to stop by for a diagnostic check. Just want to thank you for getting me in asap and also, for mot “bleeding me dry” so to speak. Service was beyond efficient! I needed snow tires & parts department ordered them on Friday. I went in to check if the tires came in on my way to work on Monday at 7:30am. Parts Dept. informed me that delivery truck had not come in. I got to work at 7:45am & my cell was ringing from TMP informing my tires were in & they picked up my vehicle. I received a call at noon informing me that my vehicle will be delivered back at work all completed with my new tires! Service was amazing & my snow tires provide me with peace of mind on these icy & snow covered roads! Thank you TMP staff!

This place is such a scam. My check engine light randomly came on so I took it in to get it checked turns out nothing was wrong. They didn’t do anything when I went to pick up my jeep two women told me I didn’t owe anything that it was covered under my extended warranty. Then some random lady comes out of the back tells it actually isn’t covered and I’m gonna be around $120 for it, then rings it up and then proceeds to tell me it’s 170$ for them to clear the code off my jeep. To clear a check engine light that came on for nothing.

Rough service. Asked for a complete diagnostic & checkup to know if it was worth it to fix up my vehicle. Still never received the documents to describe the work, got soaked into changing wheel bearings(that had lots of life left on them) and right after I drive my vehicle away, it stalled and wouldn't start, Tarrabains had me illegally pull my vehicle back to their shop, the manager Soad said she would take care of it, pretended to run another diagnostic, said it was my alternator and left me out to dry. Still never found out why my fan was running after the engine shuts off which is originally what I brought my vehicle in for.

TARRABAIN Motors in Lac La Biche , Alberta will Not give us our BILL OF SALE for our insurance company because my jeep was stolen. Chrysler Canada even spoke with them and Soad the service manager, said absolutely not. Real professional behavior .... TARRABAIN Motors is not a professional Dealership and can't seem to put their personal feelings aside and just do business. Sending the bill of sale is not hard nor does it cost them anything. Wow !!! We bought the jeep and 5 other vehicles there!! Never had a problem until we called them out on their behavior. No accountability. No professionalism and horrible service department. I had to pay another $200 at St. Albert Dodge to get it recalibrate to run properly after their 67 day service of my jeep. Garbage!! If I could give no stars I would.

I broke down Im conklin 2 hours north. I phoned and spoke with Annie the owner and she dropped what she was doing to arrange a tow truck to pick me and my truck back to there dealership. It was a Friday afternoon and her and all her staff stayed late to make sure I was taking care of. As I am from outside of Calgary they even arranged a rental for me to get home if they didn't have the parts for my truck just in time. I can not thank them enough and they now have a life long customer in me
