27APR2023 UPDATE:I've altered my original five-star rating to a three-star (I've opted for three instead of two because the initial experience/consultation was nice). All of my original points remain for the initial consultation; however, I am now feeling both disappointed and defeated post dress try-on.I received the notification that my dress had arrived a couple of days ago and scheduled my try-on for today. It was still too long, and loose in the waist, but I was previously assured during the initial consultation that they had a seamstress and that alterations could and would be done. Today I was asked, have you been in contact with any seamstresses?" I had not

I was expecting to shop around for months before finding my wedding dress but Jessie @bellapromessa was so amazing, I found my dream dress in an hour! Beautiful boutique and product, excellent service.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Bella Promessa the other day when I went bridesmaid dress-shopping and even fell in love with this gorgeous pantsuit that I never would've tried on if I hadn't have been encouraged by the stylist. She was so professional and had amazing advice and new exactly what to suggest for sizing and alterations. Exactly what's needed for a girl who doesn't know anything about dress sizes or how anything should fit. It was super exciting to find something so gorgeous and to have someone's advice who seems really trusting and not salesy in the slightest because that is the opposite kind of experience that I like.
