Dave's Hot Chicken
I love the chicken and the sauce that taste like with Indian spice (sorry I don’t know what it is called). The only thing that would make it 5 ⭐️ for me is the staff - we entered and waited for good 5mins before the staff came out of the back room (maybe they were busy preparing food).But overall, a must try!

Dave's Hot Chicken
Their chicken is beautifully seasoned and crispy! Absolutely great chicken. However the chicken in the sliders and the tenders are the exact same chicken. And they give you what seems to be Wonder bread slices with the tenders for a reason im not sure of. Fries are not bad but not the greatest. But the sweet sauce that comes on the side makes the entire dish!

Long awaited entry into Dave’s Hot Chicken. Service was super friendly and impressively fast. I had their combo with one slider, one tender and their fries. I had the ‘Hot’ level of spice which was amazing but by the time I finished the slider, it was really hitting me, would recommend going for ‘Medium’ level, which was raved about by my friends. I would say there’s plenty of space for a fast food place but not enough for big parties. The area is unfortunately very sketch, with lots of street parking but doesn’t stop the place getting a great food rating.

Dave's Hot Chicken
My time at Dave’s Hot Chicken was pleasant. Me and a group of 7 friends arrived around 11 pm. We were greeted by friendly staff who quickly got to our order. It did take longer than expected to get our food but that was compensated by the delicious hot chicken.I personally got the mild and I found it to be the perfect balance between spice and taste. I would recommend getting the mild spicy level if you’re trying it for the first time.

I got the slider with fries and that is probably the best value. The burger was solid, bigger and better than McDonald's down the street, and it came with a complimentary cup for your soda. The fries were also very filling and it casts an induced food coma on you after consumption. The only thing that was a minor setback was that the food was very oily, but otherwise, I'd come back again if I'm in the area.

The girl working at the counter was friendly and my order was ready pretty quickly. The food was hot and fresh, and pretty tasty. I got a slider with fries. The slider was decent but a bit on the pricier side for what you get. Also, the spice isn’t that hot so go a few levels higher than you normally would. I got extra hot and it was fine. The seasoning on the fries were amazing and I would order them every time I come here. Also, everything is halal.

We ordered some sliders and fries at around 11pm online and picked them up a bit late but the food was still good. It was perfectly seasoned and spiced for us. Even my 2 year old enjoyed it. It would have been much better fresh or if we had it in the restaurant. Definitely give it a try if you like your food a bit spicy or well seasoned.

Please check out this place! I decided to check it out when it first opened and I have been addicted ever since. I get the “Dave’s #3” which is 1 tender and 1 slider with fries and it is phenomenal. The quality of the meat is excellent and the flavour is incredible - spicy and savoury. The tenders and fries are just as good and pair amazingly with the sauce. The only issue is that they only have 3-4 locations in Toronto and not anywhere else. Please come to other locations like the GTA!

Dave's Hot Chicken
I had Combo #3. It comes with 1 tender and 1 slider, accompanied with fries (seasoned really well), white bread, pickles and Dave's sauce. Also, comes with a drink which you can refill unlimited if you dine in. You can choose your level of heat as well and it can differ between each chicken item. I went with medium for the tender and hot with the slider. I also order an extra tender because I wanted to try the Carolina reaper heat level as well. The tenders were crunchy on the outside and really moist and juicy on the inside. The rub penetrated really well into the meat. The heat level is amazing, medium is nice and with hot you feel a tingly and numbness on your lips. The Carolina reaper for me was really hot but the flavors were really good and I ended up finishing it with the help of the white bread and Dave's sauce. If you want to experience something similar to Nashville's Hot Chicken, I highly recommend this place. The customer service was exceptional as well.
