After 10 plus years using this vet. I’ve had to find another. My dog was pregnant with pups and this vet was aware from the start. A week before she was due; they told me they couldn’t do the c section. And that I should find another vet.After talking with the front staff, which took great offence to me pointing out the disappointment. They said that they aren’t open 24/7, so they couldn’t do the c section. Hello!!! Couldn’t the vet tell me this 6-8 weeks earlier? So it left me scrambling to find another vet that could help me.After 10 years with 5 dogs I’ve had to move on. Zero stars.

You won’t find a better group of pet people than this. They have taken care of my dog Daisy and I for over 14 years and she is always excited to go visit them!What dogs does that?I’m always treated very fairly with my bills, and I trust their advice with my dog that I love a crazy amount. It feels like they like her as much as me.You will thank me later for my review :-)

My cat was throwing up and couldn't keep even water down. She was close to dying. Brought her here and they noticed she had eaten string. They stayed overtime for hours to do surgery on her. They kept us informed during the procedure. And did checkups on her afterward. She's completely back to normal. I'm very grateful for this place. They saved her life.

From the moment being greeted by the pleasant receptionist, check-in by the veterinary technician, and having our sick dog assessed by Dr. Lisa, we knew we made the right choice when looking for a clinic.We did our research before coming from Ontario. It's not an easy choice considering you're not familiar with the area.Our lab got really sick during the flight and relocation process. The entire staff took care of him. They were very compassionate, empathetic, and Dr. Lisa took very good care of our dog.Definitely recommend Parkwest Pet Clinic.

After being loyal to this vet for almost two years. I had no problem before, and the staff are quite friendly. However they recently refused service for my dog to due understaffing. This could be a serious problem to owners who need medical care for their animal asap. There were other vets that were able to take my dog in same day and at a reasonable time.

Professional, knowledgeable, particularly skilled in surgeries. Been going here for years. The doctors are pro. Shout out to Karen and Cara who work the front desk, they are the absolute best. Attentive, caring, flexible and sweet, no matter how busy the clinic is (and it gets busy). The team's charm makes dealing with complex pet issues that much easier. Kudos to the whole team.

Great staff, very accommodating. The nurses and veterinarian do a great job of making my dog as comfortable as possible while doing their jobs. Highly recommend

My dog needed an emergency assessment and they were able to get me in to see the vet within 2 hours. We've been going here for 4 years, and they take care of both of our pets amazingly. Very reasonable pricing as well, which is hard to come by. Thank you Parkwest

Took my baby in and I couldn’t be happier. Dr.lisa I think her name was, was amazing. She was so kind and so patient with my fur baby. I’m also nervous with vet visits and she was truly the best.
