PR Cleaners

Hunterston Homes Ltd used PR Cleaners for the post construction cleaning of one of our new builds on Galiano Island. The 2 girls that they sent where very efficient and conscientious in the work that they did. They where there when they said they would be and where done before they said. We are very pleased with them and would highly recommend them for post construction cleaning.

I have used PR Cleaners regularly for several years. I find the company to be very reliable, and their online booking confirmation system is easy to use. They were also able to accommodate requests for changes in dates and times on occasion. I'd be happy to recommend this company to others.

I would recommend PR Cleaners to anyone looking to have their home or apartment cleaned. We use this company regularly to clean our BnB, and find the business owners, as well as the cleaners, to be very responsive and reliable. We can always trust the cleaning to be done to our satisfaction.

PR Cleaners rates are fair and they are very responsive to timetable issues. Their cleaners, especially Amy, are conscientious, thorough and careful. Best we've had in the past twenty years.

The cleaners are thieves! My mother had several items stolen by the cleaner! When we reported it to the owner he acted very aggressiveand unprofessional swearing and yelling. A despicable company that hires thieves and they don't act responsible to handle complaints like this professionally. Do not think of hiring these crooks that steal .

I have enjoyed working with the company. We had some concerns at the start, but they showed that they were very appreciative of our business by handling them quickly. It has been great ever since and I have received multiple compliments on the cleaning of our buildings. I will gladly recommend them.

I have been a long term weekly client of PR Cleaners and am extremely happy with the work done in my home by Bev and Haidee. Both ladies are friendly, professional, consistent and thorough. They pay attention to detail and ensure all tasks are complete by the end of their shift. They always arrive on time and are prepared with their own supplies. Their manager, Amanda, is also very accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. I am happy to recommend this company to others.

I have been using PR Cleaners for over two years and have always been happy with the service! Both of the regular cleaners I have had over that time have done an excellent job, and handle all the heavy duty cleaning in my condo and home office, freeing up a ton of valuable time for me. They have also been happy to focus on whatever I request, should I think anything needs particular attention. Thoroughly recommended!

Poor Communication skills, predatory billing. Not a great cleaning job at all. Tried to charge us a lockout fee when we, like most other company's, were closed over Christmas and snowed out, they knew we were closed. These guys think, an un-responded email to a client is confirmation to show up and charge while were closed. They are more interested in charging however they can, than providing quality cleaning services.Response to PR Cleaners response (by the boss): You are being misleading with Laureen's email related to cold temperatures. Nowhere do we acknowledge a communication error on our part, more so yours. Laureen's email of the time only apologies for her presuming you attended the office thinking at the time that we had authorized you, we had not! Clearly no confirmation of appointment with you people means come anyway, which is entirely presumptuous and certainly will not get you paid.Moreover, I checked the door camera for that day and not one person showed (over Christmas and with all that snow) at the office front door trying to enter. This is nothing more than a scam to extort a lockout fee, which we are having nothing to do with.Like I said predatory behavior in billing and now its got you another one star review.Ultimately this reflects badly on PR Cleaners, ANOTHER negative review about PR Cleaners on Google and on yelp your a 1 star. After reading other reviews our experience related to poor cleaning and predatory behavior seems common with you people.

I have been with PR Cleaners since 2016 and they are fabulous. We have been through a few cleaners in that time as staff are hard to keep, a few went off to school and another to work in Long Term Care. Chris the owner and Amanda (the real boss :-)) coordinates very well. If I do ever have a concern they respond very quickly. I have an elderly mother in law who lives alone and who is in and out of hospitals. Amanda and Chris help me work around her schedule. The cleaners are alway polite and very nice, taking the time to chat with MIL, and working hard when in my home. I would recommend PR cleaners to anyone looking for a house or commerical cleaner.
