I asked for 30 minutes massage and was asked to pay 40$ cash before the service which I did as the price listed. The message was okay but the masseuse asked me for 20$ tip which was not listed as part of price. I explained that I don’t want to give 20$ and was not able to understand what she was saying due to language barrier.I gave 20$ and asked for 10$ change back then left.These sound recurrent issues now that I looked at other reviews and there are few issues here:1- You cannot ask customer for cash only2- you cannot ask for certain tip. People are free to tip as they see fit otherwise consider adjusting the price and announce it accordingly3- poor customer service and unprofessional manners

This place is a bolsht place for massage don’t waste your time and money. And those people that are put 5 star those are working over there

This is a horrible place to go to. I told the receptionist that i would like to do a 30min foot massage because I have pain in my feet. she asked me for a 20$ tip before even booking me to see someone inside. When I said to the receptionist that tips are optional and the customer who decides on how much they want to tip, not you. Tips are not forced before the foot massage takes place. She didn't like the fact that I spoke up so she asked me to leave. They don't care about customers at all or if they are in pain. All the receptionist cared about was money and she was not even the one who was going to give me the foot massage to begin with. If you see any 5 stars on here, it's fake. No wonder the place was completely empty. They kick out customers instead of welcoming them in.

Excellent Service and Massage. Here massage the best,nice and professional and gives amazing foot and back massages. I have back and shoulder pain and relieves the pain. alway knows where my back is tight and uses the right amount of pressure.

I did the hour foot reflexology twice in one week. First one was with Sara and it was great. Relieved a lot of my foot soreness from sports. Second time was with May . She is STRONG, but it's just what I needed. The staff are so friendly as well.I'm going to try the hot stone and Thai massage next.

The massage is good. But the problem is not once b but twice the person that was massaging me was always on the phone, and kept going back and fourth out of the Room and very loud. I can’t really relax here. Very disappointed. I

I'll be honest, It was ok but I wouldn't go back. lady literally walked on top of my back without asking if it was ok, Luckily I didn't have a back injury or it would have killed me. massage itself is less relaxing and a little more on the rough and painful side.

Affordable and clean! I honestly leave this place feeling better than going to Western RMTs. The treatment works wonders for me - I enjoy a lot of pressure and lily is amazing at what she does. Always say yes to a back walk!
